Great location near Sawgrass Mills Mall. The staff was all polite and helpful. The room was comfy and clean. Parking was plentiful. Overal 5 star experience and i certainly recommend.

Rooms weren’t cleaned properly - the floor was dirty and there was dust and also food particles in the corners of the room. 4 guests were booked to the room but for some illogical reason the attendants kept putting 3 large towels and not 4. Also liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner were not topped up and empty by the end of day 2 of our 4 day stay. Toilet was clogged on night 1. It seems that a plastic fixture from the seat fell into the bowl from the previous guest who used the room. It was repaired by the plumber the next morning. The plumber was excellent.

This exceptional property embodies modernity, neatness, and cleanliness. It is within easy walking distance to high-end outlets and essential stores like Target and Publix, and the location truly shines. The remarkable staff creates an uplifting atmosphere; they are accommodating, kind, friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable.
