Hei olen Terri, tervetuloa Atlantic Terrace Condominiums Pompanon rannalle! Sijaitsee osoitteessa 3401 N. E. 10. St. Pompano Beach, 33062 Olemme pahoillamme, mutta emme hyväksy lemmikkejä.
Pienempi yksityinen kompleksi. Erinomaisella paikalla ja vain 20 minuutin päässä Ft. Lauderdale-lentokenttä.
Meillä on muita asuntoja saatavilla samassa rannalla sijaitsevassa monimutkaisessa hotellissa Atlantic Terrace VRBO # 356251, 258245 HOMEAWAY # 314101 tai 308962

nukkuu 4. Se on erittäin mukava Serta muistivaahto king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa ja queen-size-vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Mukavat liinavaatteet.
Näkymä tästä huoneisto on upea! Kuvissa ei edes ala tehdä sitä oikeudenmukaisesti!
Laitteessa on täydellinen keittiö, jossa on tehosekoitin, keurig-kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, mikroaaltouuni ja monia keittovälineitä. Toimitamme rantapyyhkeet, rantatuolit, sateenvarjo, hiustenkuivaaja ja silitysrauta / -lauta. Makuuhuoneessa on myös erittäin mukava vaatekaappi. Meillä on myös mukava turhamaisuus kylpyammeessa kaikille ihastuttaville naisille valaistu meikkipeili.
Allasamme on lämmitetty, ja sillä on mukava patio mukavilla sohvilla, tuolilla ja pöydillä. Meillä on myös upea ranta-alue, joka astuu alas uima-altaalta mukavalla grilla, aurinkosängyt, tuolit, pöydät ja sateenvarjo.
ILMAINEN pysäköintitilasi sijaitsee aivan rakennuksen edessä hissin lähellä. 2. ja 3. kerroksessa on pesutupa. Pyykinpesuaine täydentää toisiaan.
Huoneistossasi on käynnistyspaperipyyhkeet, 2 roskapussia, wc-paperi ja kaikki käsisaippuat. Meillä on mukavia raikkaita, korkealaatuisia vuodevaatteita sänkyihin, kylpypyyhkeitä, pesulappuja ja käsipyyhkeitä. Huoneistojohtajamme Steve on käytettävissä, jos tarvitset apua loman aikana.
Meillä on paljon paluuta vieraita, jotka rakastavat sitä täällä!

Nice place!
Overall a nice place. Construction next door made it a bit noisy, but it appears to be finishing soon. Bed was comfy and place was clean. Also, nice to have small vacuum in the condo to get rid of never ending sand that’s carried in! Will definitely be on list of places to return to.

Location is great but the unit could use some improvements
Location is amazing, right next to the beach. Makes enjoying time at the beach so much easier. Condo had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Some suggestions: The beds are really bad. Both the main bed and sofa bed are thin, and uncomfortable. The springs are sticking out of the sofa bed and the main bed has a paint can supporting one corner and the mattress is just finished. The big bay window, while giving an amazing view of the beach, doesnt have a blind or curtains. So using the sofa bed is a challenge since you cant make the room dark. I dont think the pool was cleaned during the whole week we were there. It says it is cleaned daily from 9 to 930 but we never saw anyone there during those hours. There was always sand in the bottom and leaves floating on top. Overall a good experience and if those items above are adressed it would be perfect.

Exquisite beach condo all the way around
Vibrant, clean, spacious, comfortable beach condo with stunning ocean views. Pool onsite was clean and we loved the 24 hour aspect. Everything about this place is beyond private. Beach is about a 3-5 minute walk depending on how much you're carrying! Host was excellent with communication, very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 7 nights and have no complaints! I actually thought this place was too good to be true, but after staying here, it exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful view of the ocean!
We had a wonderful stay at the Pompano Beach condo! It was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. We used the pool and it was very warm, quiet, and private. The condo is in a small building with larger high rises next to it. We walked a mile to the main part of Pompano Beach with the pier, restaurants, and shops. The condo is spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and we loved the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The owner Terri was friendly, quick to communicate, and accommodating. We plan to return to Pompano Beach and recommend staying at this condo!

Perfect spot to chill on the beach all day!
This place was exactly what we were looking for with our stay. We wanted to walk out our door and right onto the beach and at a decent price. This was it! There was everything we could need at the house for us to use for the stay including beach chairs and beach towels. The beds aren’t the most comfortable, but they were perfect for the few days we were there and the kitchen is beautiful. A few things just for future travelers (please know this didn’t affect our stay too much) this specific unit is on the third floor and has a very pretty view, but no balcony to sit out on (although you could go down to the pool area). They are doing construction right next door which the owner mentions and is very upfront about. It didn’t really bother us too much unless we were sitting by the pool. In the unit we could barely notice it, but we also sleep with a sound machine. They have laundry on the property, but you do need quarters to use it. We also could have used more towels because of this, but we were there for a short stay so it wasn’t a deal breaker. The beach is perfect though and not busy at all!

Week of peace by the ocean
This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Such a beautiful view of the ocean and definitely a hidden treasure. The condo cat Sally was a bonus, she’s so sweet and came by every night for her dinner.

Perfect!
This place is amazing! It is exactly how it is listed and looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed plus some. My husband and I have been to Pompano Beach before on our honeymoon, this was the first time bringing our kids. The ocean and the pool did not disappoint! Loved waking up every morning and enjoying my cup of coffee while sitting at the table that overlooked the ocean. Thank you! We are already planning our trip back next summer. ☺️

Absolute Gem
We had an absolutely glorious stay at Atlantic Terrace. The proximity to the beach is amazing and the property is so close to nearby restaurants and The Pier. Each day we were able to bring our canopy and chairs out to the beach with ease and I could dart upstairs to make lunch or drinks in just a couple minutes. The water was beautiful and we enjoyed snorkeling as well as the pool area. The view was the best we have ever had on a beach vacation and we hope to return next year. So many great memories for our family.

Cleanness and proximity to the beach
This small apartment is very clean and close to the beach It’s worth the price. To make it better a shade should be place on the picture window, the sun make uncomfortable to have breakfast on the dining table and sleep on the sofa bed in the mornings. Also a broom and dustpan will make the difference to keep the place clean. Mattress on the sofa bed is very uncomfortable too

The perfect vacation
This was our first visit to the area but not our last. Pompano Beach did not disappoint. But what made the vacation most enjoyable was our condo. It was just right for two people and decorated in a south Florida beach vibe. The view of the ocean was beautiful, we loved getting up early to watch the sun rise! We spent a lot of time in the pool and relaxing by it and getting to know the other condo “residents” We will definitely be back to this special get-away at Pompano!
