One day before we left we saw 2 cockroaches - one in the bathroom and another on the hallway carpet that leads to the main room. It was disappointing to see the cockroaches, but we were not surprised since we noticed that the floors had not been vacuumed in a while and certainly not while we were there. The room was serviced daily, but in spite of that, even though we left a tip daily, we were always only given 3 towels instead of 4 and no extra soap in spite of the fact that we were 4 people. Lastly, the air conditioning was very loud and made a lot of noise at night. It is difficult to get used to the noise, especially if you have kids. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room was mostly helpful, but the hotel was disappointing overall. We informed them that they will need to call an exterminator the day we left. Hope they did so.

Just plain disgusting!
The upkeep of this hotel has totally disintegrated. The hotel rooms are not clean and raped with a moldy smell. The furniture and property is disgusting. Hotel staff was not willing to issue me a refund nor change my accommodations. I am actually a Marriott Rewards member, however I will never stay at this property again.

I stayed in this property years ago I loved it. Now i just see it as an average hotel. My only complain had to be how low the bed was I couldn't wait to get home to my bed. I hardly stayed indoors so I can't say much about the rest of the property but parking is a Plus!

Understaffed. The staff is trying their best, and they were very kind, but they needed more help to handle a holiday weekend. The breakfast was great, but the line to get a table was very slow. The place is clean, but outdated.

The property is quite old (30 years). Although they have started updating with amenities, the rooms have not. W/C are very low with no grab bars, and only bathtubs which makes it difficult with persons with disabilities. There is no heat in the building but they were very accommodating with providing blankets. The property was out in the middle of nowhere but Uber was easily available. The staff couldn’t be better. They were all very helpful and accommodating.
