We called from the airport for the free shuttle and no one answered the phone, so we ended up paying for a cab. When we got to the hotel the staff made a big deal about not charging us for an early check-in. Check-in is 3pm and we were there afterr 2:30pm. We were also led to believe the shuttle to the cruiseship was free, but it isn’t.

We had a shuttle from the airport. Headed on a cruise. A good place to stop and relax before the cruise. Denny's and McDonald's are right next door. There is also a shuttle available for the cruise port. Breakfast is included also.

Location was convenient to the airport. Breakfast was limited, elevators are kinda sketchy and the room was mediocre. If you’re just looking for a cheap option to lay your head for a night then this is a good choice. The showers were definitely odd and water pressure was limited.

After the first night of checking in everything was fine until we realized after leaving out the following day and coming back to the room not being serviced. We made mention of it to the lady at the front desk who said to us that rooms are cleaned every two days. So we said ok, after the two day mark, and returning back from a long day on the road to sour surprise the room still wasn’t serviced. We made mention of it to the same lady who we spoke to the first time and she said that she would be sure to put us on the list for the next morning. Went out again, hoping that the room would’ve been serviced and came back to see that it wasn’t. Ironically the same lady who kept promising that the room would’ve been cleaned now said that we would’ve had to request for the room to be cleaned upon checking in (which she didn’t tell us seeing that she was the one who checked us in) When we brought up the fact that she told us the room would’ve been cleaned, she responded by saying that it wasn’t her who told us that when it indeed was her. Then to make things worst, because the room wasn’t being serviced, we no longer had clean towels and when we asked if we could at least get some clean towels she then told us that the hotel had absolutely no clean towels available. She didn’t even offer to have someone drop any off later that evening or even early the next morning. This had to been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with this hotel.
