This hotel is absolutely filthy. Dirty shower, wet towels, rusted handles and door knobs. The location is convenient and the staff was friendly but I would never stay here again (even if it was free!) There are plenty of hotels nearby, stay literally anywhere else.

While in my stay the wifi only worked for one night, when I checked in I asked for a few more pillows and blankets the rep told me that since there in process of renovations there limited but she told me that she would do everything she can ( I didn't hear a word ever again)... plumbing.. carpets..doors...caddy's...needs work. Only one elevator worked while in my stay so that sucked big time. So I hope they do a good job remodeling the place because it needs a lot of work.

We have been staying here for the past 7 years , however it’s time for a make over , carpets are dirty , towels are discolored , lifts work on and off , breakfast area too small , bathtubs are dirty .

Bad smell in the room. Room 501 smell like someone pissed in the room. Room 101 smell mold. This hotel needs urgent renovation and updating HVAC system. On the positive side, front desk manager was very friendly and professional.

I was in room 520 walking in a pool of water in the hallway mess ,up my shoes! Room had the smell of mold from the water, I think! I got there the room was half clean, ask the front desk to clean the room and they said every other day for cleaning! I got up 3am and checked out! Hotel said they can’t give me a credit because it came from you!

Staff was polite and breakfast buffett was surprisingly tasty, but there was only one working elevator all weekend, which made the waits to get to the fifth floor longer than necessary. Room and facilities were about average for this price range.

This was the worst stay for the first time traveling all the way from New Jersey.the room swelled funky and old I would never ever recommend this place to anyone I which I could get my money back …
