The house is located on a quiet, lush street full of tropical Florida foliage in proximity to waterfront restaurants, tiki bars and shopping.

The property includes a camera at the front of the property for security purposes and NoiseAware sound level monitoring system.

Swim at your own risk. Watch children around pool at all times!!
