This is a dump to not say another word. Rude staff
The indian guy was rude and told me to go F myself. Stuff were stolen out of my suitcase in my room. Mold everywhere. Breakfast is missing everything because rhey refuse to replenish 10 baggles for 200 people. I added a photo of the staff member i delt with

We initially booked there for a 7 nights stay in one of their suites (2 adults and 2 teens), assuming we could use the 2 double beds and the sofa bed. We also wanted a place with complimentary breakfast. #1, forget about breakfast! They are serving you toasts and bagels... no fruits, no yogurt, no nothing else. Plain boring toasts. The breakfast space is dirty, with limited seating. It was chaos. It closes at 9. By 8:30 everything is empty and they don't fill up. #2, forget about the sofa bed. It did not have a mattress in it!! And the couch was junk. We asked for a cancellation on the second night, which they agreed to without arguing. The men at reception (an Indian guy, maybe the owner) was nice. We switched to another nicer place to stay. We are not picky people and were not expecting a Hilton. But this place is to avoid.. seriously. You'll be disappointed.

Nice place to spend holiday Only issue might be the location which 1 hr drive from miami and about 25 minutes drive fort Lauderdale beach.

It is a mix bag. The room had shortcomings. My bed was sunken, the table lamp was flickering and the supply on soap towels was very limited. On the positive side the staff was helpful, i borrowed some tape and they picked up my uber meal delivery. The breakfast was very disappointing. Extremely limited items and not replenished fast enough.

Excellent staff(Anny is a keeper). My family and i love the hotel. It's convient and the staff are professional and friendly. However, the property needs to be cleaned. All in all we enjoyed our stay as always(check email asap looking forward to a response)

Notwithstanding the genuine attempt by the front office staff to provide great service to their customers, the facility itself is in need of an upgrade. Additionally, housekeeping doesn't seem to know what clean means. Training has to be done in standard housekeeping. Not a comfortable stay, especially when children are involved. Disappointed that expedia would promote same.

Almost feeling scammed!!! The property is not what it used to be. The building seems to be falling apart, paint in the walls is peeling off, the bed sheets were dirty and smelled really bad. Hairs, blood and mold in the bedding. The managers are completely displicent … a truly case for undercover boss!!! By the way … the pictures in Expedia are completely misleading … I complained during the check out and the front desk attendant didnt even care

DISGUSTING! Room had roaches, since it was late we got another room, it ALSO had roaches. Walls had holes, peeling wall paper, fixtures in bathroom rusted and broke. Zero maintenance, place is being bled for cash flow only. 'Breakfast' was a joke. We have traveled internationally for 35 years, hostels and worse. This is absolutely the worst, most disgusting place we have ever stayed. LaQuinta should send an emergency team here to remove it's name from the premises. Avoid this place at all costs. Again: DISGUSTING !!!

First of all soap from the previzos fuest was left in tge shower the toilet tissue holder was broken off leqving a hole in the waal and the bathroom smelled of sewer. So I was moved to a room with dirty cerpets dirty furnture . The AC VENT WAS VERY DUSTY AND THE TOWEELS HAD HOLES.
