- Guests must be 21+ to book

- All properties are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is allowed outside only. Additional cleaning fee will be added if butts are found on the property.

- CARS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE PARKED ON THE STREET. A MAXIMUM of 1 vehicles per bedroom may be parked in the driveway. The city has strict codes against this and if found in violation the guest will be responsible for any fines. Do NOT park on the grass or lawn. Cars found to be parked on the grass will be subject to a $100 fee for each vehicle and their booking may be subject to cancellation.

- Music or noise can NOT be audible from outside the property. The city has strict codes against this and if found in violation the guest will be responsible for any fines.

- Pets are not allowed

- People other than those listed in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors (in addition to the booked guests) at any one time to 2. For additional visitors, please inquire with the host for approval. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

- Host allows children with the following stipulations: Must be older than the age of 6 (for pool safety). Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

- Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper (even if it is “flushable”.) Any damages caused to the plumbing system as a result of improper use will be at the expense of the guest.

- We are not responsible for any packages or deliveries to the property, and strongly suggest to have items delivered to the local package pickup point.

- The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

- We can accommodate early check-ins if no guest is checking out that morning. I’ll confirm closer to your arrival. If available, there’s a fee based on your daily rate, charged hourly, with a minimum of $20. The same applies for late check-outs.

- Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Late check-outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $75 in half hour increments, up to the cost of an additional night stay.
