**$350 Pre-Authorization Hold:** We require a $350 pre-authorization hold on your account upon check-in to cover potential damages. This is not a charge, but a hold. Provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations, the hold will be released 5 days after your check-out.
Occupancy Limits: The number of guests stated in the listing is strictly enforced in compliance with city ordinances. Full legal names (first and last) of all guests must be provided at the time of booking.

Parking: Each reservation includes ONE parking spot in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are allowed. Trailers, boats, RVs, buses, or oversized/commercial vehicles are prohibited.

Violations will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Service Access: The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property during your stay for landscaping, pest control, or other maintenance needs.
No Parties or Gatherings: Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund and a $500 fine.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaints will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited indoors and includes cigarettes, vaping, hookahs, cigars, and cannabis. Outdoor smoking is allowed at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed. Violations will incur a $500 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval before booking and adherence to our pet policy. A $100 non-refundable fee per pet applies. Guests must clean up after pets, keep them leashed or crated outside, and are responsible for any damages caused.

Check-Out Time: Standard check-out is at 11 AM unless a late check-out at 12 PM has been approved and paid for ($25 fee) by 9 PM the night before. Failure to check out on time may result in overstay fees.

Check-In Time: Check-in is available any time after 4 PM. Early check-in or luggage drop-off requests must be made and approved in advance but are not guaranteed due to cleaning schedules.

Climate & Wildlife: South Florida’s tropical climate may result in occasional sightings of insects or geckos, despite regular pest control. Refunds are not provided for such occurrences.
Consumables & Linens: The property is stocked with an initial supply of consumables (e.g., toilet paper) and towels/linens suitable for the listed occupancy. Additional supplies are available for a fee.

Television Use: Mounted TVs should not be adjusted or moved due to their size and weight.

Exterior Cameras: The property is equipped with exterior security cameras that monitor public areas (e.g., parking and pool). These cameras record audio and video 24/7 but do not monitor private areas. Tampering with or altering cameras or their components is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine and possible cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Legal Restrictions: It is unlawful for a sexual offender or predator to occupy this property per local regulations.

Crypto Mining Prohibited: Activities such as cryptocurrency mining are not allowed on the premises.

Package Deliveries: Guests must obtain prior approval from the host for package deliveries. Deliveries are only allowed during the reservation period. USPS mail delivery is not permitted.
Guests are responsible for arranging alternative mail services.

Personal Belongings: Luggage or personal items cannot be left on the property after check-out, as storage facilities are not available.

Property Care: Please treat the property with care and respect to ensure a pleasant stay for yourself and future guests.
