Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, nice and clean room with a good bathtub. We liked that breakfast goes until 10 on weekends so we could sleep in, and the airport shuttle was free and came with a friendly driver. Oh and we saw a giant iguana climbing the palm tree right outside our 3rd floor window! That was super cool, but the hotel was just great in general. We would stay there again!

I had called ahead of time before my flight, spoke to Noel and she said their shuttle will pick me up when I land at 11pm, i called and was told no, they don't run that late. This was the only reason i chose this hotel. If i had known i wouldn't have booked.

The property was exactly like the photos. I love the fact that there was a shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating which made the stay even more relaxing.

Cold pool. Uncomfortable bed. No hot tub, although was listed on Google. The best thing was the service we got from Gina at the front. She was friendly, helpful, and always did what she needed to to make the stay pleasant and easy.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was cheap and nasty, we didn't even bother...we ended up eating out. Gina at the front was the best. Extremely good service. Very helpful. Always willing to help. Fantastic. She would be the only reason I enjoyed staying at the facility.
