Landscaping: The entire backyard has been transformed with mature, clean landscaping, and additional measures have been taken to eliminate excess pool issues.
Pool: the pool has been acid washed and sanitized, a chlorine bowl to balance PH levels, and a pool vacuum that stays in the pool at all times to ensure cleanliness. The pool is cleaned the day before or day of your arrival.
Cleanliness: The house has been professionally deep-cleaned and sanitized, with new flooring, replaced closet doors, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure every corner feels fresh and inviting.
Wildlife: Previous raccoon sightings have been addressed with humane removal and relocation. You can now enjoy the outdoor space with complete peace of mind.
