The hotel was beautiful. Very clean. Nice rooms. Stunning views. The bar on the ground floor was awesome! The bartenders were attentive and sweet. The staff was all very nice and accomodating. I would absolutely stay there again.

Location is perfect, pool is beautiful. Room is very outdated. We stayed at the ocean front suite. White walls, no design at all. Sliding doors have weird sharp metal handle. It is basically piece of square shaped metal screwed in a door. The bathroom is absolutely horrible. It is nothing like in the pictures. I think shower rooms at the truck stop look better. A short shower curtain with brown stains and a small old shower head with molds. Water was flowing all over the bathroom when took a shower, because there was no door and curtain was short. For a luxury hotel there was no slippers and bathrobes, I had to call the service, they only brought robes no slippers. Besides the location there is not much to say about the hotel itself Overall stay was good, staff was nice and friendly, El Vez served good breakfast, pool was fun, location is 10/10, but the rooms need to have makeover. I mean not a single full sized mirror in the room besides the bathroom.

The staff was great and we had a blast. I hurt my back at work right before we came to Florida. I couldn’t move or sleep for 4 days. But I hobbled around the hotel and Ft Lauderdale and had the best time. Plus i had a massage and it was amazing.

I have stayed at this hotel probably 15 or more times and usually atleast once a year. Between the room I received last December and now this December, we won’t be returning. I paid extra for an oceanfront room and I was placed on the floor above the pool so my view was the giant awning. I was told no other rooms were available and no one really cared. This property is far from cheap and their costumer service is terrible.

It doesn’t match a W property standard. Details of design of the rooms are not been so well chosen. Stay over cleaning was below average. Asked for help with light system nobody showed up. Towels were delivered after 3 hours.
