Why did i have to record my credit card on line, being told all i needed was to get my room keys, then had to do it all over again at check-in. Was waste of my time.

The hotel suite floors had not been mopped in quite some time. This is evidenced by the amount of dirt on the bottom of our slippers by the day of checkout. We had to throw them away because we did not want to soil the items in our suitcases. MOP THE FLOORS in the hotel rooms!

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot. We even changed rooms after finding a large stain on the sheets and dirt and hair on our floor. The second room was slightly better but once the air freshener wore off it just smelled dirty and the floors were gooey and grimy. It wasn’t cheap either.
