We returned to this property for the second year in a row because we liked it so much! Gabriela is a very accommodating host and was always quick to respond to any communication we had with her. The immaculate property was perfect for our family including a 19 month old! Being mid-island made it very easy to get to the beach and walk around if we wanted to. We really felt at home while staying here! The pool in the back was an added bonus! We loved every minute of our time here and would highly recommend Blue Lagoon to anyone wanting to make beautiful memories on Ft Myers Beach!

Family getaway
We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great home to relax with plenty of privacy around the pool area. We also traveled with a toddler and we loved having the undercover area by the pool for him to hang out out of the sun.The location of the property was also convenient as we tend to make multiple trips to the grocery store while on the island and it was only a couple of minutes away. Great mother/daughter vacation
Lovely property with an awesome pool and backyard. We spent hours in the pool relaxing, listening to music and reading our books. Grocery and restaurants all close and convenient. Beds comfortable and house very clean. A lot of construction around the property and the island overall, but it didn’t bother us.

Very nice and clean property in a great location. About 2.5km from the centre of Fort Myers which is a nice walk along the beach front. Close enough but also nicely down the road to enjoy the quieter beaches. Pool is a nice size for the occasional cool down after using the sun trap of a garden! Beds are large and comfy. Everythjng you need for a relaxing beech break. Really enjoyed it and will try to return!

While the weather was less than ideal for our week at the beach the house was awesome! It rained just about every day. The house has a great location tho so it was a very easy walk to the beach in between rainstorms to look for shells. Pool is super awesome and the host was very quick to respond to our requests.

The property was as described, cute and good space for 4 adults, 1 teenager, and even our small dog. It’s good to see the community rebuilding but with that comes constant construction noise from morning to eve, we were gone most of those hours so it wasn’t too bothersome for us. The beds were a little hard for us but maybe not for others. It is a 2-3 min walk to beach, the wagon, chairs, and umbrella were an added bonus. Publix was a few minutes down the street which is nice and we also enjoyed local food trucks, Doc Fords, and Dixie’s. The owner responds quickly to everything.

Our girls trip was wonderful! Despite the 90 to 100 degree weather, we were close to the beach and also had a cool pool to relax in. The house was super clean and accommodated all us 5 women comfortably. Any issues we had, were answered promptly by the owner. We would definitely stay here again! Spring break with 2 kids
We loved our recent stay at the blue lagoon. The location was great for getting to the beach, it was a short walk that we did easily even with a toddler and a 4 year old. The host was responsive and helpful and the pool area is wonderful with lots of shady seating and sunny lounge chairs. The house had a clean pack n play, a booster, a high chair, and lots of floaties and beach toys. The area is definitely still being rebuilt so lots of construction on the other homes and buildings in FMB and a lot of traffic heading into the main downtown area, but the noise wasn’t too bad and it was only during daytime hours.

A true oasis close to the beach.
Gabriela and her family were great hosts. Very easy to work with. The house has a great set up with 3 bedrooms and easily big enough for 6 adults for 1 week. Within a beach walk (2 blocks) and 2 miles to Times square make this an ideal location. The backyard pool and grill area are so serene and beautiful. A lot of thought has been put into this house. Highly recommend. Lots of amenities at the house which you do not usually get. Cannot wait to return next year

A Lovely Home in Ft Myers Beach
We had a wonderful time at The Blue Lagoon in Ft Myers Beach. Even though the devastation from Hurricane Ian is still very much real, and is heartbreaking, the house we stayed in was extremely well maintained, very clean, super cozy with comfortable beds, lovely pool, and tons of extra items that you could possibly need. Most important (to us), no sign of bugs or roaches that you must watch out for in Florida. It is a lovely, clean property, and beautiful oasis away from home. We enjoyed our stay to full extent, we grilled our fresh catch, we relaxed at the pool, we went out to eat, enjoyed the beach and explored the area. We also had a pleasure to meet the owner, Gabriela. She is super helpful, friendly, attentive, personable, and very responsive. This was our first time in the area and Gabriela gave us many useful tips, which made our stay even more special. Overall, we are very happy we stayed here, and we will be back for sure. It is a beautiful area, with clean white sand beaches, breathtaking sunsets, vibrant beach towns, lively restaurant scene and laid-back peaceful environment. Thank you so much for everything!

Gulf Coast Trip
Overall the stay was good. We thought the place was clean and came with everything that was listed. We think its important to read the binder on the table regarding the stay and expected practices. Good location to the main drag in FMB and equally well located within the SW of Florida. Even despite the post hurricane destruction in the area, we found there was enough to do close to the property. One thing we would recommend is better garbage bags for people staying and cooking for themselves. With that being said, we recommend a lock on the garbage can, or telling those staying to move the cans in the shed space so the larger critters dont leave a mess. We also recommend, if leaving cooking items or condiments that the expiration dates be checked. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

this trip was amazing and Gabriella was an excellent host and had good communication with us at all times. We were glad to be a part of building back Fort Myers Beach. Can’t wait to come back good
