Hiljainen Lakefront-helmi Cape Coral Floridassa

Siitä hetkestä lähtien, kun kävelet ovella, näkymä houkuttelee sinua. Kotimme sijaitsee yhdellä Cape Coralin kauneimmista järvistä. Siinä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta sekä täysin varustettu keittiö. Lämmitetty uima-allas ja iso telakka kalastukseen tai vain rentoutumiseen veden äärellä. Lanailla on paljon tilaa makuulle ja nauttia auringosta tai pysyä varjossa ja viihdyttää.

Keittiöstä on kauniit näkymät järvelle. Siinä on margaritan läpi kulkeva ikkuna ja liukulasiovi, jotta pääsee helposti viihdyttäväksi. Valittavanasi on runsaasti ruokia ja ruuanlaittovälineitä. Keittiössä on myös pöytä, johon mahtuu 4, mutta ulkopuolella on 6 hengen pöytä todella nauttiakseen näistä SW Florida -iltoista.

Olohuoneessa on viihtyisä nahkasohva ja rakkausistuin kaikille haluamallesi lounaalle. Olohuoneessa on 60 tuuman taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin hiljaisiin elokuva-iltoihin. Tämä voi olla loistava paikka kokoontua muiden vieraiden kanssa.

Makuuhuoneessa on muhkeat king-size-vuoteet mukavaan rentouttavaan yöuniin. Sängystä on upeat näkymät järvelle valtavan kuvaikkunan kautta. Siellä on myös iso isäntäkaappi, johon mahtuu kaikki henkilökohtaiset tavaranne. Makuuhuoneessa on myös taulutelevisio nautinnoksi.

Yhdessä vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode liukuva lasiovi päin, joka näyttää tilavalta lanai-järveltä ja taustasta. Tässä huoneessa on myös taulutelevisio nautinnoksi.

Kolmas ylimääräinen makuuhuone kahdella erillisellä vuoteella sekä televisio.

Autotalli on varustettu täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kuivaimella omaan käyttöösi. Siinä on myös 2 kajakkia ja 2 polkupyörää kypärällä retkillesi. Allaslelut sijaitsevat myös autotallissa.

Lanailla on webergrilli, jota voit käyttää nauttimaan upeista aterioista vieraillessasi Mohave Lake Retreatissa.



Lisähuomautukset oleskelun aikana suoritettavista palkkioista:

Jokaisesta vuokratusta viikosta tarjoamme 50 dollarin sähköntuen. Kaikki yli 50 dollaria vähennetään vakuudesta. Siivousmaksun lisäksi vakuutuksesta otetaan 3% luottokorttimaksu koko loman ajan.

Great place

Wonderful Sunny Florida Trip and Stay!

We were quite impressed with this property and the stunning lake view. The house was beautifully decorated and had a great floor plan. And coming from some cold weather experiences in January and February, we especially enjoyed the lanai and the pool, being outdoors, enjoying the sun—and even watching TV in the lanai.We were initially confused with the TV operation with the multiple channels including streaming when we arrived, but one of the hosts came by very soon after we contacted them and explained how the 5 TV’s worked. And although we didn’t take advantage of the “toys” and outdoor items including bicycles due to our own guests not being able to come, we will take advantage of them in the future. It was a wonderful stay with great hosts.

Fun family rental

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral at this comfortable, open concept home, with amazing water views. Well stocked pantry and cleaning items. We have always enjoyed staying in this area of Cape Coral, as it is close to many amenities. Response time from Josh for any question was superb. The master bed was comfortable in the closet. Space is great.

Perfect Vacation Property

Beautiful, clean house with an even better outdoor space. Pool, outside table and grill got lots of use. Plenty to entertain the whole family, we kayaked, biked, fished and swam. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. House was also equipped with beach chairs, towels and coolers. Would stay here again for sure.

Exactly what we needed

We were just coming for some R&R and that is what we got. Loved the pool area. Master bed was very comfortable. Loved that not only was there kitchen appliances for any need, but there were condiments, ketchup, mustard,mayo, paper plates etc. We have stayed at several VRBO rentals and have had to buy all of these things. Had a River otter come up on the dock for awhile. Seen 2 large Iguanas sun bathing one day by the dock.

Our most favorite VRBO yet

This trip was one that I took with my two oldest granddaughters 19 and 16. Just the three of us. I picked this house because it had kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, and a pool. We mainly just used the fishing poles and the pool and if we had more time, because a week is never enough, I’m sure they would’ve gotten the kayaks out too. It was so great to come home every day after exploring the surrounding area and just swim in the pool with them. The three of us tried to think of a negative, and we couldn’t come up with anything. The only negative is we don’t live there full-time. This house had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood is quiet and there isn’t a lot of traffic on the street outside. I would recommend this to every one of my family members and I hope to go back again and take my younger grandkids. Thank you so much for opening your house up to people. It was a trip that we will always remember.

An amazing place to stay!

My kids wanted a house to stay at where they could swim and do other activities. My kids went kayaking , paddle boarding, and fishing on the dock, they went on a short bike ride, and were in the swimming in the pool a lot. This house provided it all! It is a short drive to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers and we even drove up to Seista Keys for the day. The owners had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for us to use for those days. Honestly you could just show up with clothes, food and sunblock because the owners provided everything else. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and well kept, and the owners responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great house Quiet neighborhood!

Pool was great! House was very comfortable with everything we needed. The view of the lake was idyllic. We made good use of the water toys on the lake too! And rode the bikes around the neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable to navigate with everything labeled. The owners were communicative, and we didn't want for anything!

Noisy paradise

Wonderful home with and dreamview over the lake. We enjoyed the day at the lanai and the beautful large pool. But the construction works across the street,new building, were very loud. In the evening when the construction works were over, started the neighbor with noisy gardening and working at his home.
