There was a lot of mosquitoes with no warning sign for guests, no staff at the beach, you must serve yourself and carry beach chairs, no umbrellas to protect from the sun, pool size was like a house patio pool. First floor bedrooms with no deck or porch This resort hotel have to offer more for the out of season price of more than $ 300 a night
It was well, but there are a lot of signs from the storms yet, I think the price should be adjusted to the conditions. The pool service stooped at 6:25, and cairs at the beach were picked up at 5:00, still with the sunday.
Our safe did not work; we chose not to complain as we could clearly see you were cleaning up after two storms.
Melton at the pool bar is a huge asset to your facility.
Very fresh and clean. Captiva unfortunately closed due to storm damage. Let us pray these islands avoid hurricanes for a while.

Great location steps to the beach. However, our room smelled musty and mildewy the entire stay. Would not stay here again because of the terrible odor. It was way overpriced for what we got.
The entire staff were so friendly, attentive and professional while dealing with reconstruction projects. The BRGR eats were delish in the restaurant and at the pool side bar, YUM. Relaxing vibes, great location and proximity to the beach, can't wait to come back
Staff was great. Our stay was cut short because of the hurricane. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful location. It’s hard for me to evaluate fully, because we had to evacuate due to a dangerous storm developing in the Gulf shortly after we arrived. The resort was clean, quiet, and rather quaint.
