Noin 210 m² talomme (sis. Autotalli ja katettu terassi) sijaitsee rauhallisella, hyvin hoidetulla asuinalueella noin 1000 neliömetrillä, jossa on paljon aurinkoa.
Antelias n. 9.00 * 4.00 m aurinkoenergialla lämmitetty uima-allas ja suuri aurinkoa-alue sijaitsee talon eteläpuolella, ja siihen pääsee myös suoraan makuuhuoneesta.
Lähin supermarket on noin 500 m päässä. Täällä on myös ravintola.
Paikallista tukea tarjoaa saksankieliset järjestelmänvalvojamme.

House was great. Very clean and close to services. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around in at all hours of the day. The pool was a bit dirty and could use some professional attention. The electric bill wasn’t bad, be sure to have cash on you to pay the bill at check out.

Wonderful Home in Cape Coral
My wife and I have been spending some of each winter in Cape Coral for the last ten years. Many of our friends have retired to the area and we are the last remaining couple who are still "snowbirds". This house was ideal with for us to relax and visit with our Florida neighbors. Our only disappointment was that the pool did not include a professional pool service. Instead the Property Manager came by weekly to put a little chlorine into the pool without even removing the pool cover. I had to insist on them cleaning the pool once because it was so dirty. Other than the pool, I would recommend this Villa.

Einfach super
Da wir in der ursprünglich gemieteten Wohnung sehr unzufrieden waren, haben wir spontan nach einer Alternative geschaut und dieses Haus gefunden. Was soll ich sagen - das hat uns den Urlaub gerettet. Gemütlich eingerichtet, schöne Poolterrasse, sehr gepflegt das Ganze. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Und die Betreuung durch Frau Lambertus ist auch vorbildlich.

Property was nice , location to stores and main roads great Communication with owner was good. Our reason for the low rating was the Construction around the property including Machinery and building noise along with dirt and dust covering our pool,ruined most of the stay. We feel we should have been notified in advance and given the opportunity to rebook at another time, or be relocated!

We enjoyed the heated pool and proximity to Pine Island. The house was exactly as pictured. Our communication with property manager Erika was excellent. It is important to have a car, as most activities require a drive.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus, es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Unser Highlight war der beheizte Pool. Der Check in und Check out verlief auch super. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war die Sauberkeit, wir mussten die Toiletten nachputzen. Aber ansonsten ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt hat unseren Ansprüchen in vollem Umfang entsprochen. Das Haus ist sauber und gut eingerichtet gewesen. Der Pool war schön und vor allem groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war unkompliziert und sehr familiäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was ok..
The pool was dirty, green at the bottom!! They seemed very considered about the electric bill. I was not aware I was responsible for that I didn't realize I couldn't pay the electric bill by debt! So when the cleaning lady came to collect the electric bill she proceeded to clean an hour before check out while my dad waited to be picked up. The front porch light was out and it was very dark at night my dad did let someone know this but it was not fixed.

Ein schönes Haus mit super solar beheiztem Pool, mit 32-34 Grad Wassertemperatur und blickdichtem Garten für ungestörte Erholung. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war komplett, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden auch sehr gut von der netten Erika betreut. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Really enjoyed the overall property! Complete privacy around the pool surrounded by lush palms. 3 miles east is all the shopping you'll need. Go to Farmer Joe's for all your groceries. Great selection. Publix and Walgreens down the street. 3 miles west to the Art District and restaurants of Matlacha. Plan to return again! Only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV to a smart TV so guests could use their Netflix/Amazon/Disney accounts on those rainy days that you can't adventure out

Loved this house
We so enjoyed our stay here. This part of Cape Coral is so peaceful it really felt like we were at home. We stayed here for a month and on the second day we knew we wanted to come back again next year, however it was already booked :( ….we will try and find another place in this area, but we will book here again in 2024. Erika is amazing she was so helpful with any questions we had, she is a lovely woman. Thanks so much Erika and Axel.

Pay for electricity use.
This homeowner charges for electricity, which is rare, but apparently not uncommon in Cape Coral, Fl. This was unclear in the listing, and could be found only in the drop down menu of house rules, when I learned of it after placing deposit. I will not rent again from someone who has this requirement.

Pleasant stay!
We stayed one week over Christmas in this nice house. Check in was easy and instructions as well. House is well maintained and functional - we even found a Christmas tree in the garage! The only downsides with this house is that the pool heating is with solar panels, which makes it limited during winter. And a bit far from nice beaches by the sea as Sanibel Island. But these things can't be held against the owners, it is just what it is and not flaws, merely facts :) Thanks for a lovely stay!
