Tämä kolmen makuuhuoneen kahden hengen koti neljällä on helppo pääsy golf, oma katettu uima-allas ja patio, ja järvinäköala.

Tämä koti sijaitsee Beachwalk Isles -yhteisössä lähellä ravintoloita, supermarketteja ja ostoksia. Sanibel ja Captiva saaret ja Fort Myersin rannat ovat lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.

Hyvin varustetut ja mukavuudet, kuten kaapeli, WiFi, DVD-soitin, Keski / C / tämä koti tarjoaa upscale mukavuutta. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset aterioiden valmistukseen ja puhdistukseen.

Nothing but empty promises
The place overall was nice. But communication with Vacasa the property manager is just one mess!!!! The story: when planned to stay from 27. September to 11. October 2024. After a few days Milton began to form. On Sunday 6. October a local guest employe called and let us know that we have to leave, said that we’ll automatically be refunded within 4 weeks and asked us to stack the patio furniture which we did. So we left on 7. October and even confined that we left via text massage. On the 10. October we were called that there’s no power and no need to come back to a house without power and AC. So we never came back. Know they are refusing to pay anything back and customer service is spinning circles like they didn’t know we left, but we texted. Keeping saying that the house wasn’t inhabitable (in a mandatory evacuation zone without power) or that they don’t have any proof of us leaving (again text and evacuation). I am really frustrated because I even asked before booking this place about hurricanes because we booked last minute because of Helene. I do not recommend this property management!!!!!

Bug Infestation
The swimming pool was infested with worms the entire week. The owner did not want to pay to have the pool cleaned. They wanted me to clean it. The house was infested with roaches and ants!!! This was the worst trip I've ever been on!!!

A very nice place to stay
This is a real nice place to stay and go to the beach down the road about 10 mins n no parking fee at all to go to the beach this has a really nice pool and the places it awesom very nice very clean i I recommend if anybody r a family taht goes down this way rent this house out it’s a gated community nice friendly folks

AC Issue
Property was nice but the AC went out and I called at 3pm EST and they said "someone would be there shortly". I didn't receive a phone call until 10:30pm EST and they tech show up at 11pm. The condenser needed to be replaced and that took some additional time. It wasn't a pleasant experience in the Florida Summer Heat

Great Home!
Home is as pictures show. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed; although, we didn't cook much.

Lovely home and view!!!
My family enjoyed one of the best vacations here ay Heron’s Nest. The home was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. The light and bright rooms were so enjoyable as well as the view of the pool and lake. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and pots and pans. Did I mention the view??? We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the pool and lake. We saw so many different birds including the heron’s nest in view. We loved this place and will be back next year!!!

A relaxing stay in a beautiful home
We are a recently retired couple and we rented for 10 days with another couple. It was as lovely as the pictures show. We loved the screened area with the pool. Many mornings were spent drinking coffee, reading and relaxing there. Any time of day, we could watch different birds in and around the lake as well as fish jumping. We also enjoyed some beautiful night skies under the screened roof. Even though the home is located in a community with many close neighbors, it still felt private. It was a short drive to the beach, but many days traffic was lined up bumper to bumper a mile or 2 from the beach. It's definitely a busy area. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is we paid extra to have the pool heated, but the heat was not working and they were not able to repair it while we were there. They did however refund what we had paid for the pool heat.
