New, cozy cabin in the woods with hot tub! Centrally located!

Ready to disconnect and relax? Grab a drink and hop in the hot tub, or build a fire in the firepit. Enjoy coffee and a book from the porch while watching the deer and other wildlife wander nearby.
Very convenient location! Only minutes from downtown Fort Payne, Mentone, Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon. Very quiet cabin in the woods!
This cabin shares 20 acres in the woods with a few of our others. Each are spaced out to keep it private and relaxing! It was built in late 2022. It is completely self-sufficient, fully-furnished with all appliances.
We now have Wi-Fi! So, if you *have* to work, or if you're needing to binge watch your favorite Netflix shows, you can now do so!
Each of our cabins have a private hot tub located on the covered back deck, a fire pit, and a campsite style charcoal grill. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils you should need to prepare your favorite meals if you're looking to stay in. We use Keurig pod coffee makers in each of our cabins, so grab your favorite blend!
This cabin has a king sized bed and a full-size sleeper sofa.
Things you should know!
All sheets and linens are provided.
We provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine tablet. We also provide a few K-cups to get you started.
According to your length of stay, you may want to bring extra coffee, detergents and garbage bags.
We do not provide any toiletries at this time.
Phone service can be limited, however, we have signal boosters in each of our cabins. AT&T and Verizon seem to work fine, though we have been told that T-Mobile/Sprint users didn't have signal. Having wi-fi now may allow many modern phones to operate over it.

Anniversary trip
We had the best time. We visited Desoto Falls and The Little River Canyon Falls as well as the Canyon itself. The cabin was perfect. We relaxed in the hot tub and watched all the wildlife around us. We will be back.

Perfect for our 12th anniversary!
We wanted something peaceful but also not far from other activities. We drove the little river canyon and it was beautiful. The cabin was clean and exactly as described. Will definitely book again! Quincy also gave us some recommendations on food. We chose to eat at Big Time Cafe for lunch Saturday and he was spot on. The burger was amazing!

My wife and I came here for a quick weekend getaway after spending the previous 2 1/2 months remodeling our rental home. We were in desperate need of a break. Little did we know how much we would love this property. Quiet, secluded, up to date, CLEAN! It was like brand new cabin clean. Close to everything you could want to do in Ft. Payne/ Mentone area. Centrally located from everything. Hot tub was so relaxing. All the amenities you could need for a weekend away or a 2 week vacation. Communication from host was great. We 100% plan to come back with our kids next time.

Simply Perfect!
This little cabin/compound was so nice! Perfectly described and cleaned property. Hot tub was clean and modern. The cabins are well spaced and private enough with plenty of wildlife abound. Just minutes from Desoto entrance and an easy drive to either Mentone or Ft. Payne for the day. Stocked with quality items in the kitchen and plenty of towels, etc. Will Definitely book again!!!

Everything was great about the property. I especially liked the fact that all of the cabins are spaced at least 100 yards apart with a wide border of forest between the cabins, offering max privacy. The host was also very responsive to answer any questions that came up.

A Fun, Comfy-Cozy Stay
It was wonderful! It's a beautiful property and had great amenities. Kitchen's stocked with supplies and utensils, cute animal-themed design, and super comfy. It was so cold while down there, but the heater felt great! The hot tub was so good~ There's quite a bit to do in Dekalb/Fort Payne. Walking through the town was nice, and the town looks gorgeous with the Christmas decorations and lights. We were even able to go to Chattanooga for a day since it's fairly close. We really enjoyed our stay! :)
