Escape from it all to the Ocean Cottage at Ocean Village and experience an incredible seaside escape that offers the very best in comfort and the epitome of coastal-style design. The Ocean Cottage comes complete with a full kitchen that features a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher and bar-seating for quick and casual dining. For a more formal dining space, the TV console table expands into a dining table that can seat up to four. The cottage accommodates up to six guests, with two queen-size beds in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Unique, one-of-a-kind amenities of Ocean Village include a private beach on the renowned isle of South Hutchinson Island in Florida, guard-gated entry, roaming security, full-service restaurant, bar, and poolside bar/dining area, three pools, golf courses, tennis courts, fitness center, library, clubhouse, bocce ball, shuffle board and so much more. In-unit amenities include WiFi, satellite TV, Nest thermostat, golf clubs, tennis rackets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and more.

The Ocean Cottage is ideally located within the center of the Village and is a two-minute walk to the beach. Rest, restore and rejuvenate while listening to the waves from the screened-in patio and you'll quickly fall in love with this home away from home at the Ocean Cottage.

Safe, Clean, and Great Location

The OC was in a great location, the new gym and facilities included were amazing- great view of both the golf course and the patio faces the sunrise 3 The new main pool to open this season is beautiful and in the meantime we were able to use the Aruba Centers Hot Tub and heated pool.

Très beau, propre et à un emplacement parfait! À pied de l'océan, stationnement disponible et gratuit. . Salle communautaire accessible pour se réunir pour souper en groupe. Le seul bémol est que la grande pisine était fermée pour rénovation...

Great location but needs updating

We always enjoy our time at OV and have rented several different places. The was a great location on the 8th green, but the condo could use some updates. Better furniture and just a refresh of the placebwould help immensely.

Very nicely decorated, exactly as described, everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Slightly disappointed both the restaurants on site were closed but a 5 minute drive will get you amongst plenty of places. Beach chairs and parasol a nice touch

Had a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay, everything was nice and clean. Very warm beach feel to the condo. Within walking distance to the pool and the ocean. Has showers off the beach. We would definitely come back for another stay. The host was quick to respond if we had an issue. Thanks again!

Inviting “Beachy” Atmosphere

Pleased to find the well appointed newly furnished and attractively decorated unit.Found it to be very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen utensils,small appliances, ironing board and great linens. Ocean Village is a great place to stay with it’s own private beach and golf course and anything else you want to do is near by.

Ocean Village Chic

This vacation rental was delightful. The space was exactly as pictured, light, bright and stylishly decorated - very beachy. It was exceptionally well equipped, from dishes to pots and pans, utensils, cups, and appliances to beach chairs, toys, and towels. The unit was immaculate, check-in and out was easy and streamlined. Justin, our host was helpful and responsive. Ocean Village offered many amenities - pool, golf, tennis, shuffleboard, Tiki Bar, restaurant, and direct beach access. A+ across the board!

Great Location

Just a few steps from the beach and right on the 8th hole green. We love Ocean Village and all the accommodations that it offers. Our place was bright and airy and we could catch the sunrise from our balcony. Owners were very responsive to our requests and made it easy to check in and check out. We would have enjoyed a more comfortable seating for our stay.

My family (me/wife-mid 30s, 7 year old, 4 year old, 11 month old) stayed at The Ocean Cottage and could not have been happier. The unit was beautiful-exactly as shown in pictures. It is a short walk to the beach which we visited every day. Justin texted me with check-in instructions the morning of my arrival and was very responsive the rest of the week with the several questions I had. Communication was great. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Plenty (I mean plenty) of towels were provided. The storage room had coolers, beach bags, beach chairs, sand castle toys, umbrellas, mats, and more. I was really impressed. We didn't golf or play tennis but rackets, clubs, and balls were there for us to use. Ocean Village itself is awesome. Everything you need is right there-beach access, great pool, poolside tiki bar, on-site restaurant, golf, tennis, pickle-ball, basketball, decent fitness center, and more. My family felt safe and welcomed. The beds in this place were the most comfortable beds in a hotel/rental I've ever slept on. That was a very welcomed surprise. If I had to provide suggestions, I have only two minor ones- 1. We would have liked a way to lock the main entry door that was only accessible from the inside (like a deadbolt or hotel style lock). To be clear, the front entry door keypad locked as it should and we felt safe but if someone knew our code they could walk right in. This would be just an additional security feature that would provide even more piece of mind while we slept. 2. A guide on how to work the televisions and access the cable. I was able to figure it out with a few minutes of tinkering but less tech-savvy individuals may have some frustration as there is no information provided. I highly recommend this unit. My family is already looking at dates next summer for an even longer stay this time. We really loved it!
