Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the 5th floor. The newly renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook a great meal for your family. The living has a sofa sleeper and a 42" flat screen TV with a DVD player. There is balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds and a flat screen. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the balcony while watching the waves hit the shoreline.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We enjoyed our stay at El Matador.
We thought the location was great. Maybe it was the time of year, but the beach was practically empty. The beach was clean and white. However, we were shocked at the actual size of the condo. The pictures make it look twice as big. Especially the second bedroom. And the living room furniture was pretty shabby. Hard floors throughout would be nice. Carpet and beach don't mix. Laundry in the condos should have been a given. Not horrible overall, but could use some work. The view from the balcony was lovely.

Wonderfully relaxing vacation!
Extremely professional and friendly staff! Relaxed family feel to this complex. My family and I had one of our best vacations ever. Great place to stay. We loved being at the end of the strip on the island. Unobstructed views were wonderful.
