This beautiful first-floor, Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors leading to your own private balcony so you can sit and enjoy the white sandy beaches and the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Swim in the on-site pool, or spend relaxing days on the sand.

There are two TVs and a DVD player in this cozy unit. Other features in this warm and inviting vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop stove, oven, and all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal. You'll also have your own washer/dryer to manage your laundry during your stay and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Do not waste your time. I wish there was a way for me to attach pictures!! Bugs! Cockroaches. I reached out to support and was informed they weren’t allowed to do anything but we were more than welcome to go purchase whatever we’d like and we could send them the receipt to be reimbursed!! Are you kidding me!? The top bunk rail doesn’t even go up above the mattress so our two three year olds had to sleep with us because one of them wasn’t going to sleep in the hallway without the other. The door knobs were all about the fall off for both of the bathroom doors. There is mildew/or mold (I’m assuming) around the bathroom vent. There was no fitted sheets for the pull out couch. There are plenty of plates/cups/utensils and a decent amount of pots but zero oven pans. The toaster was broken, but they were very quick and responsive to bring us a new one. The fridge didn’t seem to be cooling correctly so they came to check and also agreed.. the freezer didn’t seem to have any issues. They were speedy to bring up a spare fridge to get us by for the week.. even though they told us they call us to let us know when the maintenance guy could come by etc.. never received that follow up call.. it seems like all of the other condos were apart of the program and got free chair/umbrella rental etc.. they give you a pool/gate access code for absolutely no reason because there is no where that it even ask for one.

Wonderful beach location and view for a quiet getaway. It was very comfortable. If I were the owner, I would update it with nicer furniture. We had friends nearby and could have had them over for card games had we had a little bigger table and 2 more chairs. Bunk beds were nice and would be great for a couple with children.

Very Good Property, But..
Our initial impression was very positive. The rooms were clean and well kept. However, upon rising to get a drink of water after midnight, cockroaches were seen in areas around the kitchen. These were killed and cleaned up right away. I contacted the manager and they were very sympathetic. They even offered us another rental. However, as we were here for only two days, we declined their offer, rather than spend another half day moving our belongings. The following morning we saw no more insects. Later that day, however, additional roaches were seen in the utensil drawer. I understand that those managing the property have no control over the maintenance diligence of others and are therefore somewhat at the mercy of the other owners and I don't hold them entirely at fault. But the majority of the insects were newly hatched, indicating that they originated in the property. I have no doubt that this will be corrected immediately, as the management was clearly motivated to prevent any further incidents. But I felt that it should be made known to potential renters who can inquire regarding this issue. Otherwise, the property was a delight. Clean rooms, well lit, clean stove, microwave and ref. The pool was spotless and beach access was exceptionally convenient. Parking beneath the units sucked, unless you're on a motorcycle. Overall, I would recommend this for a nice vacation.

Perfect beach getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was clean, check in process was easy, and everything was as described. The view and proximity to the beach truly cannot be beat; you are steps away from the white sand. We stayed during spring break, which is obviously a popular time, but the beach never felt crowded and with it being such a small 9 unit building, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just a short distance away (no more than a 5 minute drive). Right next door is a pizza place that we frequented and were able to use their heated pool on the cooler days. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay again!!

Ok..
When we arrived we noticed a smell, and mold covering the air vents. The property manager was able to move us condos the following day and compensate our lost day at the beach due to having to pack up and move to a different condo building. It was very unfortunate, but other than that the condo was as described.

Location was great and view was as advertised. Short walk to bars and restaurants. The unit decor was a bit run down. Hallway pics were bent plastic and Velcro to the wall. Wall mounted TV in bedroom was hung crookedly.

Best kept secret
This location was perfect. It was directly on the beach. The condo was very spacious considering it was one bedroom. It had two bunk beds in the hallway and a pullout sofa in the living room. It sleeps 6. The decor was nice. I was so happy that it did not have the typical dreaded beach decor. The only negatives is that the parking is a little tight so just be sure you are an experienced driver. Also, there wasn’t any bedding for the sofa bed. I was not able to get in contact with the property manager that evening but it was not a huge issue since I came prepared with an inflatable mattress and my own bedding. The property manager did call the next day to check on how our stay was going and willing to rectify the issue but I told her that it was okay and we were good. The other negative is that the floors were not the cleanest but aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed this condo and the location. I will definitely be back.

Great location and beautiful view. It was easy to access and only steps to the beach. The pool was nice. The condo itself needs some updating. The dishwasher was old and broken. The kitchen lacked utensils and pots/pans and the cabinets needed work. The bathroom needed work. Most outlets didn’t have covers and the sprinkler above bunks was just hanging out of sheetrock with a hole around it. The bedroom needed blinds and desperately needed a new bed and mattress. The door to the deck was nearly impossible to open. We had a large vehicle that wouldn’t fit under the condo and it made parking sometimes difficult. There were stains on the curtains. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It could be an amazing property with a little work.

Great views! Great beach access!
Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Nice place with beautiful views. One suggestion for management is to check the sliding patio door. It was very hard to open and even harder to close. Otherwise, everything was great. Brand new washer/dryer was very handy with 4 kids! Loved this place and would stay again.

Great place to rent . Only complaints I have is my kids were freaking out a out the pictures of people with no eyes on the wall..and some of the Linens were not clean and the shower curtain had a blood looking stain. Other than that it was a great place to stay..

The Veranda....Awesome!
The Veranda is my favorite place to stay, hope to be able to stay every year. It is great to be able to park my jeep under the condo with the top down all week, just steps to the room, pool and the beach. Very convenient and clean. And perfect location to all of the happening hot spots.

The condo was a great location and thats about the best i can say for it. The washer did not work and the dryer makes terrible noise. A repair man did come out to try to fix the washer but said it needed a part and wont be there til tues. we left sunday night. There was no bedding for the fold out couch.
