The Gulf-front master bedroom features a king bed with stunning direct beach views, allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf right from your bed each morning. One guest room has a queen bed, while the other has two full-size beds, and each bedroom is complemented by its own full bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all.
On the balcony, you'll find upscale PVC-style furniture designed for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the incredible Gulf views, or unwind around the patio table while taking in an eastward view of the pool area—perfect for keeping an eye on any little ones!
With a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area, there’s no need to worry about sandy swimsuits or damp clothes. After a fun-filled vacation, you’ll return home with clean clothes—an added bonus for larger groups, especially after busy times like Spring Break or Fall Break. It’s all the convenience of home in one rental!

Islander Beach Resorts have access to one of Okaloosa Island's largest gulf-side pools, a shuffleboard court, and a barbeque grill area. A quick stroll across the boardwalk puts you right on the beach! All guests have Free High-Speed Internet access in their unit, as well as wireless Internet access in our lobby.
Islander Beach Resort has a two vehicle limit.
The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

Slightly A Disappointment
Enjoyed our stay few things that needed fixed, mold in bathtub/ shower disgusting.peeling paint on bathroom cabinet door dirty ceilings from furnace filter air ducts. Ceiling fans full of dust . Back door hardly opens unless put body pressure or assist in opening. Porch furniture looks unsafe to even sit on. (PVC from 70’s). Probably the least outfitted rental we’ve stayed at. There weren’t enough dishes or utensils for everyone so we had to use paper and plastic.not even salt& pepper We understand it’s a rental but we wouldn’t be interested in staying @ this place again we had relatives staying in same building on a different floor. What a difference in the 2 condos.

Outdated and not as clean
Overall the condo was beautiful. Had a few issues inside the condo. It was dusty and the appliances weren't as clean as they should have been. The floors weren't completely clean and the bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. I had a few spiders in my bathroom and a bug in my room by the window. The blinds in my room were missing a panel which was a little concerning because my window looked out onto the hallway and I could see people walking by. The balcony was overrun by palmetto bugs and large dragonflies and we couldn't enjoy the balcony like we wanted because of it. However the oceanview was beautiful and the check in and out process was easy

Check in very easy, check out even easier. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is necessary in my opinion. Perfect location on gulf, very few steps to beach. Balcony was so great.

We had a great time. We loved the three bathrooms too! Very nice!
We did not have any issues with the condo, however, at least one elevator was down the entire time and on one day, both elevators were down. 7 floors is a long way up and down 3 times.

Great condo on the beach
This condo was spacious and a great fit (bedrooms/3 baths) for our group of 8 (2 families with children and a grandparent). Plenty of space and good sleeping options for all. The pool was never too crowded, having easy beach access was a big plus, and having access to chairs on the beach was a nice. The condo could use a few more kitchen items (wine glasses/plastic cups for kids, etc,), but would definitely visit again! The property management company communicated very well.

We rode put Hurricane Sally here. The weather was obviously horrible, we lost power for awhile, and the elevator quit working after the storm, but the accommodations were great, the staff was courteous and helpful, and we ended up having a great time despite the circumstances. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will consider coming back!
