Excellent stay
We were very pleased with this room. The views were amazing, the rooms had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was very easy and they responded quick. Everything was very clean, AC worked great. I would absolutely book this property again.

No frills condo....we were there for beach
The condo was as the description states needing updates. The appliance, furniture, cookware, decor, etc was very dated and well used. That being said, the condo, grounds, and pool were clean. The location was ideal. The beach and ocean were absolutely beautiful.

This was a wonderful place for our family vacation. Right on the beach, clean, easy access to shopping and dining. Parking on the premises. Quite, very clean & had all the amenities of home. Great place to stay!! Will definitely stay again if ever in the area

Great location. Building is a horrible design, there is only an elevator access at one end of the building. This condo is located at the opposite end! There is a lot of walking involved! The condo itself is beautiful & has a great view of the beach!

Great views but unit needs updates/better cleaning.
Let me start with saying the views are great and the location are wonderful. We traveled with school-aged children and the location of the unit was perfect for us in terms of size snd space, we had room to stretch out. It was very quiet after about 10pm which was nice. But my criticism is similar to the other reviews. The unit was dirty and in need of some major updating/repairs. The carpets are stained and dirty and there were light bulbs missing all around the unit. There were no wall plates on the electrical outlets in the bedroom with the twin beds. We did not use those plugs but that is definitely a hazard with children. We had great weather and enjoyed the beach and pool, but I will say for what we paid, these issues should be taken care of ASAP. I would not stay here again and can’t recommend this unit until these things mentioned are taken care of.

Family Vacation
The location of the Seacrest is wonderful. It’s down towards the end. The beach was right there and not crowded. The two chairs and umbrella that came with the unit was awesome and the young man working to put the chairs and umbrella out was very kind and helpful. The room is very spacious and fit the 6 of us well. It was My husband and myself, our two boys (11 and 12) and my parents. Drawbacks. Check in was really at 4:45. Even though they tell you not to call it’s kind of ironic that we get the text right after we call the office. The only elevator is in the middle of the building. This unit is beach front. Beautiful views. But you have to walk half way down the build to the elevator and then halfway back to the beach. It is a lot for the older people. Next thing that was bad, was the unit is dirty. It has not been dusted in a very long time. Plus stained carpets. I did bring disinfectant wipes to wipe down door handles and remotes. Ended up cleaning tables and sinks with them too. Also the linens were white. AFTER I washed them. Thank goodness for TWO washer and dryers. That was a plus. My only other complaint isn’t about the condo itself. It’s about the activities and restaurants. Everything is closed by 10pm. So if you have kids that want to do things after dinner you have to go eat at 4pm to avoid having to wait minimum 1 hour (sometimes 2 hours) for a table. But it is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay even if it doesn’t sound like it. I would stay again, but I will remember to bring my cleaning supplies next time!

Upon arrival, we had to contact the property manager to get the code updated in order to get in. This worked but we were never able to contact them again until Monday morning. All items on a previous review in April had NOT been addressed! Loose tiles in kitchen, large stains on carpets that were very worn and had not been vacuumed in one of the rooms. Beds were all uncomfortable and my daughter had to sleep on the pullout because her bedroom beds were hard as bricks. Took 4 days to get wash cloths! Sofas had no support, so it was like sitting on the floor! Pillows were flat and stained! Several light bulbs were missing or burned out! Furnace filter was a fire hazard and although a maintenance guy came, he didn’t change it! For the cost, we were very dissatisfied!

Great place!!
The reason I didn’t do excellent with the check-in is because the code was not sent to me, I had to text and email to get the code to get in the condo and the housekeeping did not leave our parking vouchers which we had to go to the main office to pick up. But over all a very nice place to stay!!

Don’t rent this unit!!!
The place is a disaster. Filthy carpet, closet door off it’s hinges, loose tile in the kitchen, broken microwave handle, loose electrical outlets, turned on the ice maker and water ran through the refrigerator and onto the floor, patio doors worked very hard and no screen on one and a broken screen on the other. Door threshold loose between adjoining units, TV had display issues, duck taped cable along patio door in living room, large burner on rusty stove did not work, overall lousy appliances. The leasing agent and VRBO should be ashamed to even show this unit! I have rented through VRBO at least 8 times so I’m not new to what a person should expect. I feel cheated!

With Covid stressing all of our lives this was a wonderful and affordable way to have a vacation. I forgot how beautiful the aqua blue water and pristine white sugar sands were and will gladly return.

Great View of the Gulf
The space here was ideal for our family, with the studio adding an extra element of privacy for our adult son and his young family. The kitchen had all the accessories for a week of breakfasts and lunches, and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The view of the Gulf from both balconies is the best feature of the condo, and the sparking emerald water is always a wonder to behold. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the property- the floors had not been mopped, and left a very visible black mark on our socks. Considering the pandemic has created all sorts of challenges for hospitality crews, I'm sure it was simply overlooked.

Good experience overall. The only concerns are there were none of dishwasher detergent provided as well as no bar soap in a bathroom. Also hidden areas (behind curtains, kitchen cabinets, and drawers) were dirty, I even seen a web.

Could have been better
The sliding glass doors locks needed to be replaced. Two dining room chairs were damaged and put in master bedroom closet. Tv in spare bedroom had the same show on every channel. Refrigerator bin broken. Needs an over all better cleaning.

Beautiful and relaxing!

Amazing vacation!!!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The staff at check in were very friendly. We had one issue in which we needed to call for maintenance to replace a battery in the thermostat, and he was at the condo within minutes of us calling. The view of the beach was great from both balconies. We had both sides of the condo. It was extremely nice to have 2 washers and dryers since we spent everyday at the beach which meant lots of towels and swimsuits needing washed. It was so nice to be able to make payments in three separate installments. We are already planning our next fall break vacation and are very seriously considering staying here again. The only thing that I could suggest changing would be to either fix the burners on the stove or replace it. The burners did work after a bit of work, but it was a little frustrating to have to deal with each time I was trying to cook. I guess if you are someone who isn't planning on doing much cooking during your stay, this would not be an issue for you. It was not a major issue for me either as I did make it work, and like I said we are probably going to try to stay in this condo again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!
