This beautiful, sixth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the condo, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, newly decorated retreat include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets stainless steel appliances, granite countertops a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, tiled kitchen walls, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The first bathroom includes a shower stall while the main bath has a tub. Both bathrooms have vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a large TV, DVD player, and a stereo system. The first bedroom has a TV and VCR with the main bedroom having a TV with a DVD and VCR player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

nice condo
Good size condo with nice onsite amenities. Pickleball and shuffleboard. I liked that Vicasa the condo managers were on site. Their staff were very friendly. Some maintenance should be done on the blinds and ceiling, but that didn't bother us. We had a very good time. Excellent bed!

This property was very dirty and out-dated. I have photos I’d like to share with you. It was also advertised as dog-friendly which is why we chose it but when we arrived there from AZ we were told we had to kennel our dog!

First time to stay in this area. Would stay here again. The employees were very kind and very helpful. The one and only complaint I have is there's no washer and dryer in my condo. They did have some on the first floor. View from room was amazing

Disappointing
I have been staying in rentals for the past 5 years, several times a year - always trying a new place. This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. It was so dirty, I actually pulled the sheets to check for bugs (I have never done this before). It was cluttered, musty, hairs and sand all over the place; not one faucet, door or door knob worked correctly. Baseboards were missing, wallpaper peeling. Fridge was dirty inside, plates smelled bad. The stove smelled like it was burnt the first time we tried using it, so didn't use it much after that. The Wifi connection only worked every once-in-a-while. I paid much more than what I usually pay for any other place and during the same time of year...not worth it. When we first arrived, after waling the property and realizing what a dump it was...I immediately started looking for a new place to stay but could not find one (Spring Break Week) and I was willing to pay twice as much to get my family out of this place... I kept my family out of the condo as much as possible just to avoid being upset... which meant that we spent more than twice as much as we had planned - just to eat out and enjoy our meals and not feel disgusted. Every time we visit, we never want to leave - and this time, we couldn't wait to get out of that condo. We were very, very disappointed...

HomeAway is a rip off and do not do business with
I have used HomeAway in the past and there was no charge to use them A new company purchase them and they charged me over $100 just to use them to find a condo without telling me there was a charge. Then I still had to contact the rental company to reserve the condo and pay their fee. Homeaway is a rip off con company. The condo, was OK, been at worse ones in the past. I did report them to the BBB, but no reply from the company.
