Starter amounts of the amenities listed below will be provided to guests. Publix is less than a mile away, and Kohl's, Walmart and Pet Supermarket are within 3 miles of the home should you need to purchase additional supplies.

➔ Laundry detergent: soap for 2 medium-large loads
➔ Dishwasher detergent: 4 cubes
➔ Dog waste bags: 2 bags (if applicable)
Guests are provided an unlimited supply of the following items during their stay:

➔ Trash bags
➔ Basic cooking staples: salt, cooking oil, etc.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
➔ Bunk bed weight limits: Top bunk/Trundle - 175 lbs; Bottom Bunk - 200 lbs
➔ Third-party bookings will not be accepted on this property. The guest who makes the booking must be a member of the party staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
➔ One security camera is located on the property, on the exterior of the home, to the side of the front door. It will be recording video and audio during your stay any time there is a movement event detected in the vicinity.
➔ A noise-monitoring device is installed on the property, inside the living room. This device does not record sound but rather will alert us to excessive noise that may indicate that there is an unauthorized party or event taking place at the property.
GENERAL RULES
➔ Shoes are not to be worn indoors to keep the home as sand-free as possible.
➔ Additional guests, such as local friends or family you wish to invite to the house, are permitted only with explicit permission granted by the host prior to the guests' visit. Otherwise, only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises.
➔ Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during this time
➔ BBQ grill is available for your use outside, and is to be used only by the guests who stay at the home. It is not to invite others to the home, as it will be considered as hosting a party.
➔ Tampering with or disabling electronic devices on the property is not allowed.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:
➔ Top bunks in the 2nd guest bedroom must not be used by children under the age of 6.
➔ Sea wall: Guests must stay off the sea wall that borders the bayou to prevent accidental falls onto the rocks and barnacles below, which could result in injury. If tossing objects into the water for your dog to fetch, be sure to limit them to running off the dock and safely re-entering the property via the small beach on the west side of the property, behind the boat lift.
➔ Hammock has a weight limit of 350 lbs. (159 kg) and is also not to be used by small children used without supervision, who may fall between the large holes in the ropes.
FEES CHARGED FOR VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES:
➔ Extra cleaning required due to excessive pet hair, excessive trash left around the property, dirty BBQ, dirty dishes, dog waste, lingering odors, etc. such that our housekeepers must be compensated for extra time spent cleaning: Fee up to full deposit amount
➔ Late check-out: $100 fee if guests are still on the property when housekeepers arrive
Lost key (in the event that the guests uses the lock box key): $300 fee
➔ Parties or events: $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no refund, at the host's discretion
Possession or use of illegal drugs: Forfeit entire deposit; the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately
➔ Tampering with or disabling electronic devices in the home: $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no refund, at the host's discretion.
➔ Theft or property damage: Fee equivalent to replacement value of item(s) missing or damaged
➔ Smoking or vaping: $250 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no refund, at the host's discretion
➔ Unapproved guests: $50 fee per person, per day charged for guests on the property exceeding maximum occupancy of the property (9 guests). We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy.
➔ Unauthorized pet violation: $250 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no refund, at the host's discretion
