I have stayed here multiple times, the hotel is always clean and smells good, the staff is always helpful. When I’m in Ft Wayne this is the only hotel I will stay at. I know everyone experience may be different but this hotel is just as good as any 4 or 5 star.

The moment we stepped inside, we felt very welcomed by the staff. Hotel was super nice and modern. Very clean and safe. I would stay here again next time I come to Fort Wayne. You probably would need to drive somewhere to find some food though unless you like Golden Corral. In that case, it’s right next-door. Overall, I would recommend it.

I had an amazing stay. My flight got cancelled and was not able to be there the first night and the hotel staff were so amazing they did not charge me for the first night and change my booking. It was an amazing stay with great service.

I guess this hotel was not what I thought it would be. The room was very small, there were two of us, but only one chair. There was a lot of road noise. I could hear loud cars all night. The bed and bedding were very comfortable.

The stay was amazing. The parking lot was a little hard to park a truck pulling a trailer to park. That was my only thing that was upsetting. I hope this is not a negative survey because I know the people that work there can’t change this issue…service was absolutely amazing and people were so very nice.
