A beautifully decorated, spacious two-story townhome with modern amenities, located in the heart of the Cultural District of Fort Worth. The townhome features an upstairs master bedroom with a large smart TV, private bathroom with jack & jill vanity and a large walk-in shower. There are two additional upstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom to comfortably sleep six adults. This townhome is only walking distance to the numerous attractions, including the Dickies Arena!

I am available for questions whenever you need me and are more than happy to provide Cultural District recommendations or any other recommendations around the broader city. Don’t hesitate to ask. Please make yourself at home.

Located in the heart of Fort Worth's Cultural District. You are walking distance to Dickies stadium, Will Rogers Coliseum, local museums, local parks, and biking trails. The home is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Downtown, TCU, and West 7th is less than a 10-minute drive away. Please reach out to me directly for my top recommendations.

The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet and the rooftop that is locked up. Plenty of closet space in each bedroom for guests belongings.

My top recommendation is to use Uber or Lyft for getting around the city if you do not have access to a vehicle. For the most part, Ubers/Lyfts in Fort Worth tend to be affordable. If you'd like to go to/from Dallas or DFW airport you can also take advantage of the TRE train system which is very affordable. The train will take you to the steps of American Airlines center in Dallas and to several of the DFW terminals.

This property was perfect for our stay! The house was very nice and had everything we needed. I loved that we could park in the garage. Our destination was literally steps away at Dickies Arena, which we literally walked to instead of having to deal with massive traffic and $25 parking for the concert. We had thought of staying at a hotel that was nearby but not everyone in our group was going to the concert, and staying here made it so much better because they could comfortably hang out while we were at the show rather than be stuck in a hotel room and there was plenty for them to do and places to eat in the area too. We enjoyed it so much! Just enough communication with the host to feel comfortable and informed without feeling micromanaged during our stay also made me feel like I made the best choice with our booking. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Fort Worth!

Great location! Was in the center and easy to get to everyplace we wanted to enjoy. Had 2 toddlers with us and they had a high chair, pack and play but living room furniture isn’t quite kid friendly.
