Winter storm nightmare

First and foremost, I would like to thank comfort inn and suite of Mansfield TX for being very understanding of the situation. Flight got canceled cuz of winter storm and by the time I was notified my window to make changes had laps already but they were able to accommodate me with no extra charge. The check-in was a breeze and the hotel is clean and in a safe and nice area. Thank you so much

The room was very clean, and the price was very good. The room blackout curtains didn't quite close easily to keep out light. The breakfast was acceptable, but not among the best hotel breakfasts I've had. My room faced the highway, and got noise from there. All in all, I would stay there again when I return to the DFW area.

The property was well kept but the room I was in had roaches , the beds were hard, and the sheets were dirty. The staff did move me to another room Which was much better and sheets were clean. The staff were super friendly and nice.
