Had room service come into the room on day 2, my rating may have been slightly higher. I asked the front desk about it and they told me it’s every other day. The problem is they didn’t tell me that at check in. Lastly, at check in, the clerk tells me to give him a moment because it’s the changing of the guards. He then answers the phone and takes a very lengthy customer call. So I ask, who takes presence customer who has already been waiting at the front desk or a customer call? It was also 10:30pm. So I asked the other agent could she help me and she told me she was helping someone else with a key situation. I guess she realized at that point, that issue could wait since the client was in their room. She was super friendly and I appreciate her stopping what she did to help me, but I believe she was rushing and didn’t disclose all pertinent accommodation details.
The hotel is very clean and seems pretty new. The service is average.
I love that they have free breakfast. That was super convenient.
