Welcome to the Style Studio. This Guesthouse Studio is the perfect place for a couples getaway, girls weekend, bridesmaids, or TCU parents/alums heading in for the game!
Property amenities include, a beautiful pool with waterfall and tanning deck, Blackstone Grill under covered patio, Large covered outdoor dining area and a permanent outdoor movie screen with projector. There are multiple outdoor lounge areas including a private balcony area overlooking the pool.
At night, this property truly comes to life! Multi-colored LED mood lights illuminate the outdoor space.

We are ready to greet you with a full coffee bar including, a french press, pour over, and coffee grinder. A coffee pot and Keurig system are also available for use as well a Kettle for hot tea.
Garage access is available for 1 vehicle. remaining vehicles can be parked in the street.
The Style Studio is located in the center of everything DFW has to offer! Just 2 miles from the campus of Texas Christian University and Downtown Fort Worth. Only 5 miles from the Historic Stockyards!
DFW airport is just 30 minutes away. This property also has easy access to Dickies Arena, Will Rogers Coliseum, The Fort Worth Zoo, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, The Ballpark in Arlington, Cowboys Stadium, American Airlines Center, Clearfork, Trinity River (and trails), Panther Island, the hospital district and much more! Plus, easy access to see the TCU games, the Rangers, the Cowboys, or NASCAR and only a 30 min drive to Dallas.
Our favorite hangout area is Magnolia Avenue and South Main Street where you can discover local breweries and wineries, specialty restaurants and bodegas, plus curated shopping experiences - including our boutique shop, Winton and Waits.
The entire home and outdoor area is covered by a mesh wifi network with the highest speed available.
Washer and Dryer available for use by guests during their stay.

Notes from the owners:
1. 10pm noise ordinance - please help us be good neighbors by turning music off by 10pm and by keeping voices and noises low to not disturb surrounding properties.
2. This home is drug-free and smoke-free indoors and outdoors including vapes and e-cigarettes.
3. Please park in in designated areas only.
4. Remove any trash during or after your stay into the trashcans outdoors located at the end of the walkway by gate
5. This is a pet free property
