Area was nice, hotel, poor. The AC was horrible. The front desk tried to accommodate but the AC in the hotel was just not working. It was 60 outside and 75-80 in the room. We chose the hotel looking for a test run on our wedding stay in March but will choose a different hotel and am glad we did not try it out first.

The hotel was nice and has a lot of history. In regards to history, there is an extra historic fee that is charges upon checking in. Lots to do and see in the area around the hotel. Mi Cocina is down the street and the food is amazing!

Well overdue for an overhaul. Great location and staff, but the hotel itself probably hasn’t been updated since the 1990’s. Carpet is well worn and permanently stained. Beds are awful and definitely well used. For the money, I recommend a newer hotel in the area. This one has been neglected for years, relying strictly on its great location.

Overall my stay was really nice. The staff is really nice and attentive and the property/room was beautiful. My only complaint is how noisy it is at night. I got woke up multiple times at night and hear cars driving, homeless people talking and fighting, etc. However, that alone wouldn’t deter me from ever staying again.
