Cute cottage. Nicely appointed. But on the small side. Kitchen table is tight to fit 4. And living room can only seat 4 . Upstairs area is great with 2 tvs. But downstairs bedrooms are on the small side and neither has a tv. Bathrooms are functional but dated. Pots and pans definitely need to be replaced. Location is great. Just a short drive to Bethany beach and shops. Neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming to dogs. It’s a mature neighborhood with nice shade.Lots of dishes. But be careful, they are not microwave safe. There is a grill. But don’t plan on using it— it looks like it hasn’t been used in quite some time. The community pool was nice to have. We spent an afternoon there and there were a few other friendly families with young children
