The choice to make indeed
It was way better than I had expected from my experiences with 4 star hotels in Europe. This hotel is closer to 5 stars rather than 4 starts. I'll definitely visit here again when I'm back in town.

Great stay!
This was a fabulous stay. Location is a bit questionable. My only negative comment about the actual hotel is that if you need a bathroom and it can’t wait and your are in the lobby, they do not have a way to get to the bottom floor , steps in my. With an injured hip, they were not able to offer elevator use even though there was an elevator there .

Even though this is one the most expensive 5 star hotels in Frankfurt, the hotel is trying to save cost by using cheap items to save a few pennies. The Nespresso capsules are cheap imitations which taste terrible, the toilet paper is cheap and rough the capuccino i ordered was cold. There is nothing special about this hotel. There are 5 star hotels for half the cost in Frankfurt. This hotel should use top quality items in the room.
