Uusi Grand Elk -koti, josta on näkymät Manner-jaolle

Tämä kaunis uusi koti sijaitsee Grand Parkin Elk Creekin naapurustossa. Siinä on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kolme ja puoli kylpyhuonetta, jotta sinulla on tilaa levittää seuraavaan Coloradon talvipuistoon!

Koti on hiljattain rakennettu, 2019, yksinomaisella Elk Creek -alueella, Grand Parkissa. Grand Park isännöi Winter Park -alueen ainoaa elokuvateatteria ja keilahalli (The Foundry Cinema and Bowl), yhteisöreittejä ja disc-golfia kesällä ja hoidettuja hiihtolatuja talvella.

Tämä Grand Park -alue sijaitsee lähellä ravintoloita ja baareja Fraserin kaupungissa, lyhyen puolen mailin kävelymatkan päässä ruokailupaikoista.

Tämä upea koti on sisustettu ammattimaisesti nykyaikaisella vuoristomaalamuodolla ja modernin tekniikan mukavuuksilla. Älykkäät televisiot sijaitsevat molemmilla oleskelutiloilla ja makuuhuoneessa. Olemme asettaneet älylukon tähän kotiin avuksesi, mitään avaimia ei tarvita; kirjoita yksilöllinen koodi saadaksesi pääsyn.

Kodin päätasolla on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on laaja keittiö, joka sisältää ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita, graniittiset työtasot ja kaasulämmittimen. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset valmistaaksesi gourmet-aterian kotona.

Ruokapöydässä on 8 paikkaa pöydässä ja aamiaisbaarissa 4. Olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet ja 65 tuuman taulutelevisio. Aivan oleskelutilan vierestä löydät kannen, josta on näkymät Manner-Dividelle.

Päätasolla sijaitsee myös Master-sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode, ja isossa kylpyhuoneessa.

Alemmalla tasolla on oleskelualue lapsille ja kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta. Sisältää vierashuone, jossa queen-vuode ja kylpyhuone, lisäksi kerrossänky huoneessa on kaksi erillistä täysi kerrossänky ja ulosvedettävä vyöryä sänky. Toinen täysi kylpyhuone löytyy kodin alemmalta tasolta.

Pysäköi kaksi autoa lämmitettyyn autotalliin kaikkien talvi- tai kesäaktiviteettisi kanssa. Mukavuuden lisäämiseksi kahden autotallen edessä on kaksi ylimääräistä pysäköintipaikkaa.

Tämä Winter Park -alueen vuorikoti on täydellinen suurelle perheelle tai kahdelle perheelle, jotka matkustavat yhdessä kesä- tai talvipuistoon.

We loved this condo!
This was a very clean, convenient place to stay. My family loved getting on the bus to Winter Park right across the street. The train is right across the street but that wasn't a problem. Management was responsive as well.

Convenient Location in Fraser, Winter Park
The house was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to cook meals. It is located with an easy drive to Winter Park ski resort. There is also a ski bus in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Other reviewers had issues with a train that runs near the property. We found that it was not an issue at all. We did hear the train but it was before 9pm on most days. The house is conveniently located to open space trails in the Arapahoe National forest.

Lovely house in nice location.
We enjoyed our stay in this Fraser house. Spacious for 5 adults, clean and well-stocked kitchen where we made all of our meals. Rooms/beds were comfortable and we were thankful for the fenced back area for our dog (although, a bit smaller than it looks in the photos). Close and convenient to biking and hiking trails, stores, and even a cute little brewery within walking distance. The only reason for not giving 5 stars (not really the fault of the owners or property managers) is the railroad track Is super close to the development and the trains sound like they are coming through the bedroom windows during the night and early morning hours! Might not have been quite so loud if we didn’t keep windows open at night to cool off the house.

New, clean, comfortable, but a train comes by
Comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean new home. The first night was warm, so we slept with windows open and were awakened in the night twice by the shockingly loud sounds of a train on the tracks right across the street. Bedrooms on the lower level didn’t have as much impact. With windows closed, much less noticeable. But we liked the home and enjoyed nearby hiking.

Great location and room to spread out.
This house is in a great location and has beautiful views from most windows and outdoor spaces. Our family of 4 and dog enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed to have breakfast and dinner at the house while enjoying lunch and drinks in Fraser and Winter Park. The only negative was that the “bbq grill” is a large George Forman. We made due, but planned on an actual grill. Outside of that small inconvenience this was the perfect getaway spot.

Perfect place for my two friends and I
The house worked perfectly for my friends and I for our stay. The view of the mountains was great! The only issue, and no fault of the owner, was no hot water starting Friday night and Saturday, which was the day we left. We reported the issue Saturday morning so it would be taken care of for the next person. There could be a cake pan and cookie sheet in the kitchen to use but other than that, everything was good.

Great property!
My family and I stayed here for a ski week and loved the house. The location was awesome and it had a great view of the mountains and wash close to a lot of restaurants, grocery store and the tubing hill. I loved the fact it had a 2 car heated garage and plenty of space on 2 floors for us to spread out when needed. The kitchen was very nicely stocked for us to cook meals when we didn’t feel like going out after a long day of skiing. The property management company was also very responsive and helpful.

Plenty of room for three generations. Had all the essentials. Garage made loading and unloading easy. Large windows in the back made the most of mountain views. Close to skiing, supermarket, restaurants. Good communication with property managers.

This home was perfect for a ski weekend with friends and family! 15 minute drive from Mary Jane. It is a beautiful spacious home with everything you could need. Communication with the property management was great! We're already planning on coming back!

Wonderful Rental!
The house was exactly as advertised, super clean and comfortable and decorated beautifully! Our teenagers loved having the second living area downstairs, more than enough room for everyone. The location was perfect! The house was only a short 10 minute drive to Winter Park Resort for skiing and other activities. Safeway grocery store was literally across from the neighborhood and snowmobiling and tubing were just around the corner, barely a 2 minute drive. This was our first time to the Winter Park area and we would definitely stay here again!

Stunning view, great location, 5 star accommodations
My husband, our two kids (6 & 8) and my parents came to Winter Park to ski. Booked this home. The pictures don’t it justice. The house was beyond perfect. Very cozy. Great views of the mountains. The management team was on top of everything. We needed a battery replaced in the front door lock and they were there within the hour to fix it. We had a couple questions throughout our stay and they responded immediately and were always helpful. The upstairs is open and spacious for our family to enjoy meals, play games, and watch football. The downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious! The furniture was top of the line. The heated floors throughout made the home warm and cozy. It’s location is perfect. Safeway is right around the corner for groceries and the driveway is at the base of the historic Fraser tubing hill and the Colorado Adventure Park tubing hill. We will book this property again!

Great stay
Stayed with wife and 3 year old. Beautiful, clean, spacious house in friendly neighborhood. My son loved the creek running through the backyard/neighborhood where we caught a couple little trout. Only minor drawback is that it is across the street from train tracks which can be a bit loud when trains come through (very infrequently - less than one per day during our weeks stay).

Convenient Location
A great view of the Divide from the balcony makes this a desirable choice. Our party consisted of five adults and two teenagers and the two floors and sitting areas help spread us out. The bunk beds could barely hold our 6' teenagers and the trundle pull out's springs were weak. The home was well equipped with cooking necessities and excellent TVs and the main beds were comfortable. More outdoor chairs and closet space in the master would have helped. Property managers were flexible and easy to work with. Nice to be so close to Fraser and Winter Park.

Summer getaway
The house was great with lots of room and splendid views, a wonderful place for our family. Easy distance from the national park as well the Continental Divide. The only thing that took away from the experience was that at the time there was still quite a bit of construction going on in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Nice new build in a newer community in Fraser CO. Clean new home with nice amenities, plenty of comfortable space and great little deck off the back.
