The property was ok. There was a lot of construction work going on inside. We asked for a room that was not on the 1st floor and told no as construction on the upper floors. We asked for a quiet room and was placed next to an exit door by a construction closet. We will stay at Best Western next visit.

This was the perfect place to stay. It was quiet and super easy to get in and out of. Close buy to everything. Very comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were put in a room with a broken AC after we had unloaded our belongings, had to pack back up and move to a smaller more uncomfortable room by noisy elevator. Then there is no hot water in the entire hotel which was not fun taking cold showers on a getway. The hotel situation was a nightmare and we probably won't stay at a fairfield again. They should have let us know they didn't have hot water when we checked in.

Breakfast is a Must
The staff needs to stay on top of the breakfast service. Everything was empty when we went down. They corrected the problem quickly, but there were parents with littles that weren't so happy.

We were in Fredericksburg for a short getaway and stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites. We arrived a bit late but everything was great when we arrived. Hotel seemed newish.Very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and we especially loved the line of shampoos and showed gels provided. I would've purchased them had they been for sale. That being said I would definitely stay at this location again.
