The home also features an open concept living area with Streaming TV, and two bedrooms with plenty of natural light and homey touches.

The outdoor space is unbeatable, with 2 seating areas, a gas fire-pit, charcoal grill, yard games, PLUS a custom cabana with a wine bar, seating, and a streaming TV! For those traveling with their pet, the yard is fully fenced, and includes a complimentary dog waste station. This thoughtfully designed and conveniently located home is perfect for the whole family and all your furry friends!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
