Porch Light Hospitality presents, No. 5- a cozy, modern stay with a private courtyard and hot tub in Fredericksburg, Tx.

One block from the historic Main Street, No. 5 is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Hill Country has to offer. One of six unique and private guest suites, No. 5 offers a private getaway on a local street, with prime location. Walk to get your morning coffee, spend the day shopping Main St and then walk back to unwind in your courtyard hot tub.

The Space:
Bedroom/Living Area: Studio-style, king sized bed with high-end linens, gas fireplace, reading/dining nook, TV with Roku.

Kitchenette: Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker with complimentary local grounds, tableware.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, jetted tub, separate water closet, oversized vanity, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, spa robes, hair dryer, steamer).

Outdoor Area: Private courtyard with hot tub and outdoor shower, lounge seating, bistro table and TV with Roku.

* This unit does share walls with other units, but is private and no amenities are shared with other property guests. *

The Neighborhood:
You’re staying in a new build inspired by and complimenting the early 1900’s home at the front of the property. Located one block from the historic Main St, our guesthouses at Austin Four Twelve are cozy, luxury spaces for couples wanting easy access to all the shopping and restaurants in Fredericksburg. Walk to some of the best local spots then return to a private outdoor space and enjoy a quiet hot tub experience in the evening before heading back out the next day.

Minimalist Dream Place
This was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. Beautiful room, with minimal clutter. Bath tub and shower were the absolute best as well as the outdoor atmosphere. We did have a wasp nest by the hot tub but when I called to tell them someone was over in less than 10 minutes to knock it down. They were efficient and took care of everything right away. We would definitely love to come back!

Casual comfort
This was our first visit to Fredericksburg. This location is perfect for walking to all the tourist shops on Main Street. It is quiet, clean, and very affordable! I appreciated the ease of communication with the property owners. I would have liked more storage areas/shelves in the bathroom area for toiletries, towels, and clean clothes when showering; even in the shower(for razors, washcloths, etc.). Also, they should have plastic wine glasses for the hot tub. However, these were minor inconveniences and we absolutely loved this apartment and would stay here again in the future.
