Welcome to THE LOCAL BREW. This century home is renovated & spacious the apt is mins from D/T + the farmers market + the best restaurants + bars + groceries + Liquor.
It comes with bikes so you can explore all the trails, local breweries or tour historic downtown. Or you may just want to relax + hang out in the enclosed porch and enjoy the records with a glass of wine! Either way, you'll love getting your beauty sleep on the luxurious gel mattresses and you'll feel rested + recharged!

THE SPACE
Plan your getaway in the heart of Fredericton. Welcome to the LOCAL BREW home that offers a spacious mid-century vibe that you'll surely love. There is a front porch perfect for having a glass of wine or sharing a growler of fresh beer from a local brewery. The porch is seasonal.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The Local Brew is perfect for a family setup. This home is completely re-crafted featuring 2 bedrooms (Queen & Double Bed) and 1 bathroom. This home sleeps 4 comfortably.

DOWNTOWN LOCATION
The studio is located on Saunders Street so everything is walkable. Get the family together for some Rosé and board games, or take in the foodie scene downtown! A few minute's drive away from the restaurants, the hospital of Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional, the Boyce farmers market, & the University of Brunswick.

PET-FRIENDLY
Local Brew is a pet-friendly home. If you plan to bring your sweet pup(s), kindly let us know prior, and remember to pick up your piles! A pet fee applies to each reservation.

Cute spot!

My friend and I both enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood was quiet and in a nice central location. There were a couple little details we noticed about some general tidying that was missed but overall a clean and very comfortable space. Our dogs also enjoyed the space and the small yard in the back!

2 days in Fredericton

This was a very comfortable, enjoyable place to stay. The living area and kitchen were especially nice, as was the enclosed front porch! My only suggestion would be adding a table/small dresser to the front bedroom which was a bit small for 2 adults with their travel items. Sleeping was fine but if the room could have some shelving, a small dresser, etc., that would help with clothing and other items.

Very well put together apartment in an ideal location in fredericton for exploring by foot. We walked to the farmers market and you are walking dustance to everything downtown but also odell park and wilmot park.

Cute and cozy

It was our first time in Fredericton and we picked the perfect accommodations! The photos were exactly what the apartment looks like – cozy, charming, clean with some nice personal décor touches. We were able to walk to shopping, restaurants and the local Saturday farmer’s market, all of which are very close. Excellent parking on a nice residential street – and the owners were very responsive to our questions. We hope to be back to Fredericton soon and we will definitely book here again – we have already been recommending it to friends!

Another great stay

We have had to return to Fredericton several times over the last six months due to some family maters. Staying in this spacious apartment which is perfectly situated close to DT made our stay much, much easier. This was our third stay at this particular VRBO.

Convenience plus comfort

This was our second stay in this apartment and the location is perfect and the apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. Ideal for most visits to Fredericton. We stayed over 5 days each time. For those traveling with an EV there is a charge station 500m away at the end of Saunders street.

Enjoyable stay while in "Freddy"

Overall, this sweet little apartment was just what we (3 adults) needed for our few days in Fredericton. It was local, clean, and easy to feel at home (while away from home). You will find the place as it is stated in the write-up description/photos. We would be happy to stay here again. Communication was easy and replies were very promt.

Very comfortable & convenient stay

Just finishing up one week and I have to say the central location was incredible, plus this neighborhood in downtown Fredericton was quiet and very peaceful. The accommodations were clean and just the right size for four adults. For what we needed this was ideal. Definitely look forward to returning.

Review of our stay

The location was an easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed porch. It’s a nice size for a family to use. I had a question about some of the kitchen items and they responded fairly quickly. I would say the cleaning could be improved slightly. We found some dirty towels and cloths on the back of our door and the closet in one of the bedrooms had a bad odour. Screens on the windows would have helped bring some air into the back bedroom as the air conditioning didn’t reach back there. There was a fan in the room but it was too noisy for me. The mattresses were comfortable.

Shivering songs + cozy Vrbo stay

I was visiting Fredericton for a local music festival and my stay at this vrbo rental made it all the better. Walking distance to all the hot spots as well as safe and secure. Felt just like home.
