Main floor: Enjoy the open floorplan that features all new furnishings, a 65" TV, and washer/dryer (April 2021). Plenty of space to relax with family and friends. During the day the large comfy couch is a great place to read a book or watch Netflix. If video games are your thing, there is an Xbox One available for your convenience. At night, the couch pulls out into a queen-size bed. The dining room cabinet also converts to a comfy queen bed. The french doors open to a balcony that overlooks the bay where you can enjoy your favorite beverage as you watch the sunset over the water.

WiFi: 1 GB internet. Everyone can stream their favorite movie or music without worrying about constant buffering. Work remotely and never miss an email.

Kitchen: Have groceries delivered or shop at the Publix (8 min. drive) and enjoy cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen in your temporary home. Your dishwasher will make cleanup easy.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (First on the main level and another in the Master bedroom). Both showers have curved shower rods that allow room for extra space.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy the sunrise over the bay without ever getting out of your luxurious king-sized bed. If you choose to get out of bed, you can enjoy your coffee on your private balcony that overlooks the bay or watch your favorite streaming service on the 55" 4K Ultra HD television in your room. Your bedroom has its own private bath, so you can literally spend all day in your room except when you go downstairs to pick up delivery.

Bedroom 2: Enjoy a book or stream your favorite movie in the quiet 2nd-floor bedroom. Your room features a comfy queen bed and a 43" HD television.

Rooftop Deck: Enjoy your favorite beverage and count the constellations with friends on the secluded and private rooftop deck. With views of the surrounding forest and bay, this could become your favorite getaway spot.

Ground-level Patio: If you enjoy smoking a brisket or grilling steaks, take advantage of the PitBoss Smoker/Grill while enjoying the quiet neighborhood and sounds of boats as they pass on the bay. Large backyard with room to play a pick-up game of football with your friends.

COVID Awareness: Your health is of utmost importance. Our cleaners take extra precautions to ensure your vacation home is clean and sanitized before your visit.

Every 18 days the property is sprayed with a human/environmentally friendly mosquito spray that eliminates 95% of the mosquitos. If there is a scheduled spray during your visit, we will make you aware of the time.

Perfect stay away
The house was perfect and only a short drive to the beach. Lovely neighbourhood and even met some of the neighbours and their dogs. Stephanie and Michael were super responsive too and made sure we had a 5 star stay, which we most certainly did. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet house nestled in a wooded area with bay view. Neighborhood is very quiet and just 10-15 min away from several beaches. The house was in fantastic shape and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Owners were easy to contact. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic Vacation Home
What we loved: - Quiet property located across from a bay. - Beautiful sunsets from the two decks and rooftop seating area. - Wonderful beds, super comfortable. - Decor of the home was modern and “beach” inspired. - Stocked home with a washer and dryer. Honestly you cannot go wrong booking this property. Yes it’s a little out of the way but I enjoyed staying a little outside of the typical areas. Would happily stay here again.

Truly a Home Away from Home!
This is a well thought out Beautiful Property! My family and I enjoyed the unique features and decor as well as the spacious house and quiet neighborhood. This property is close to several nice beaches and nice places to eat, shop and enjoy.

Great for a family!
Ample space and amenities to make for a convenient easy trip with kids. Location was great because it was away from all the crazy busy but just a short drive to anything you would want off of 30A ect. We very much enjoyed or stay!

The location was wonderful and the owners had so many little wonderful touches with the soaps, stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, extra bedding, etc. We had 8 people in our group (5 were children) and there was plenty of space and sleeping areas for us all. We had an awesome experience for our first trip to Florida.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. Family and friends had enough space and beds. Kitchen provided basics: plates, utensils, cookware, etc. Also had a washer and dryer available with some detergent. 45min drive to Destin which wasn't bad for us. Beach nearby was nice as well. Would definitely recommend this house.

Loved the House
What a beautiful house. We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and had many nice touches including nice patio furniture, beach towels, decor, kitchen appliances, etc. You can walk down the street to go to the bay. I did wish we were closer to the beach or had a more direct view of the bay but we also didn't mind driving a little bit to the beach. There is a Publix down the road a few minutes and a few restaurants across the bay bridge. This location worked out well for us because we had some family in Freeport so it was a nice central location.

Very pleasant.
The property was just as advertised. It was a simple and yet cute little home. Perfect for just a causal little getaway, or if traveling for work. The only downside, was the location. While next to the bay, Freeport is a new area and still undergoing a lot of development. The result, was that you would have to drive onto the island or to another town close by to go do anything anything.
