We had excellent service at this hotel. The staff spoke English, there was lots of accessible dinning options nearby and it was close to the tram. The hotel was quiet and other guests were respectful. I recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper option in Freiburg.

While the hotel itself is great, the lack of convenient parking is a significant drawback. I would recommend this place for its cleanliness and overall quality, but be prepared for a frustrating parking experience, especially if you're arriving by car on the night .

I was really impressed/surprised by how good it was. We had a family connecting room, only annoying thing was doors got in the way as the space was tight. Aircon was good.

Quite noisy
Overall, we had a good stay but the property is very noisy with guests coming back late at night and making a noise and coaches starting their engines early in the morning so it is not the most relaxing stay I have ever had

The hotel switched a/c on purpose off & it was extremely warm 5degree above recommended sleeping temperature , when window has to be open , it doesn’t open completely & the people are loud and drinking at the entrance of the hotel. Shower awful floods the bathroom if you are not showering against the wall.
