We got what we paid for. Filthy carpet throughout; damage and graffiti covered not fixed; hair on floor in restroom; and shower curtain bar damaged. This place NEEDS renovation. However, the staff was friendly so there’s that!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PERIOD
This place is a disaster. It’s filthy, dirty, nothing works, no hot water, dog and cat pee in rooms, very disrespectful management and manager. Broken glass all over parking lot. Police Presence. Unethical business practices by manager against disabled people. No permits in elevator to operate. Cockroaches and bedbugs. Mattress is like sleeping on a chunk of concrete.

There is no Hot water coming in the shower and moreover the Hair dryer wasn’t working properly. I had this 2 issues with my stay at this Hotel. Rest everything was okay! They need to look into this.

Everything about this hotel is good except the building itself. Wyndam could have spend some $$ updating the facility. Here are a few: card keys often fail, you cannot get online for more than 10 min. I get better download/upload speed using my phone as hotspot. The bathroom door latch is broken. The bathtub spout is leaking hot water around a gallon per min. But when you use the shower, you can't get water hot enough. Again, the staff are doing their best. The Goodnite Inn a block away looks old outside, but the facility was in much better shape.

The only issue I had was, the room I was first given, had gnats flying around. I called the front desk and asked if I could change rooms and they did so. Am happy that they attended to my request quickly.
