Too many homeless screaming all night. Didn't feel safe to be in front. And pool was closed that's false advertising and we found a roach. The staff very nice. Did best to accommodate.

Hair was stuck to all corners of the bathtub and the room it'self was not overly tidy. The pool had been closed by health services but had no mention of this online when booking. Ice machine requires asking every time you need to use. Had no working smoke alarm.

Liked the parking lot, big enough for company bobtail. What i didnt like maybe the water pressure in the shower. Overall staff is nice, rooms are clean.

Dresser drawer was broken. Faucet handle fell off. Asked to pay a $100 security deposit. By the time we got home, my credit card was used illegally and I had to get a new card. Not sure yet if I have gotten back that security deposit. Waiting for my statement.
