Lovely place
We enjoyed the place and how close it was to downtown Frisco and skiing. We did have issues with the entryway lock that had me locked out for about 30minutes. Other than that, it was a wonderful place. Oh! There are no wine glasses. Even cheap no stem would be nice.

Accurate Description; mediocre customer service
We got what we expected in terms of the property, The listing was accurate and we were happy with the accommodations. We were not happy with the communication with property management company. It was not personal and at times seemed like we were just connecting with a computer via text. Our access code didn't work upon arrival and when we called the person we talked to wasn't familiar with our reservation. Eventually they found it and we got in but there was no explanation of what happened.

Lovely location, but electrical and communication issues
The creek out the back door was beautiful! The unit itself has been remodeled nicely and was very clean. It was also nice to have the hot tub and game room just a few steps from the front door. The location is very convenient to I-70 as well. A couple of issues were a bit frustrating, especially considering we were paying higher rates during the week between Christmas and New Years. The biggest frustration was an electrical issue, leaving the garage door unusable as well as one bedroom and one bathroom completely without power: no lights, no outlets, nothing. We tried to troubleshoot ourselves with the fuse box and then reached out to the property manager. We left a voicemail but didn't receive a call back, so we called again. We did receive a text instructing us to try the fuse box, which we had already done. An electrician did arrive around 9pm, only to inform us he'd have to come back the next day. The issue was resolved by the time we returned from our adventures the next day, but we were offered no refund of any kind and were told repeatedly, "well, these things happen" as a pseudo apology. The other small frustration was that the access code for the hot tubs and game room was not provided anywhere we could find, so we had to ask other patrons, who were luckily kind enough to offer it to us. Again, the location is great, but the customer service was quite disappointing, especially considering what we paid.

Great Getaway
We had a fantastic time - the condo was fully stocked and quite clean. We needed a couple of extra pillow cases, but they brought them to us within a couple of hours of the request. Bedrooms were wonderful. The master had a patio overlooking the creek. We kept our window open to listen to it at night. The shower in the master is also AMAZING. The kitchen is stocked with and abundance of pots and pans and the basics (salt, pepper, etc.) Walking distance to shopping and nearby trails was also a plus.

Exceptional property
This property is centrally located in Frisco. Close to grocery, shopping and dining. Short drive to Brekenridge and ski areas. The home sits right next to a beautiful creek which we enjoyed while sitting in the outdoor patio area. The unit was large enough for our family, yet so cozy at the same time. The home was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We look forward to staying here again in the spring or summertime. We also appreciated the ease of the transaction. Great VRBO pick in Frisco!!

Everything was great.
Location was fantastic, close to Keystone, A basin and Copper mountain. Also, enjoyed the babbling brook behind the property, it was very relaxing after a day of skiing. Also for us ol' timers actual old fashion cable TV in all the bedrooms was really nice. In all the years I have used VBRO I have have never been anything but 100% satisfied. Thanks again, Todd

This is a great condo in Frisco, CO. The condo is well appointed and is ideally located to ski at either Copper or Breckenridge. The condo was very clean and comfortable for our family of four on this trip. Great weekend get away!

I found and rented this property on the VRBO website. I received communication from Evolve and Summit Property Mgt. I don’t understand why Evolve was involved? That’s three entities who were involved with this transaction and can only wonder if I paid too much.

Excellent Location
Overall, the experience was great. The location along the Tenmile Creek was incredible, the sound of the running water was mesmerizing. That alone was worth the price of admission. Also it was an easy walk into town to the restauratnts and shops. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. It is a short drive to all ski areas. The only down side to the unit was the noise one could hear from the adjacent (overhead) unit. The ceilings would creek in the bedrooms when anyone would walk around. upstairs. Voices also carried as did any music playing. However, would still go back again, bring ear plugs or a sound machine.

Convenient Condo in Frisco
We really enjoyed this condo. It was convenient, well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The grounds of the complex were nice, with BBQ grills, picnic tables, and outdoor seating. Property management communicated well. I would stay here again.

Cozy apartment in great location.
Overall we were very pleased with this rental. Our only recommendation is that they provide bedding for the pullout coach. Despite trying to secure some, we only received a set of sheets. No blanket and no comforter. We pillaged from the other beds, but not ideal. Otherwise, we loved being able to walk downtown for dinner, and the hot tub was an hop away from our front door. The condo isn’t fancy, but cozy with lots of comfy places to sit and pretty views of the river.
