This newly renovated and refurnished Outer Banks home is ready for your next vacation. 3-bed room, 2.5 bath with a large sundeck located on Hatteras Island, North Carolina. Canal front with a community boat ramp just down the street. Only minutes away from the local's favorite beach, where you drive your 4x4 right on to the beach. Hatteras island is known for its beautiful sunsets, wind surfing and great fishing. This beautiful and cozy house will be the perfect place for up to 8 guest!

Great Place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for the things we wanted to do. Street was great for our grandson to ride his bike down to the sound. More toilet paper and paper towels should have been supplied. Other than that fantastic.

Clean home and great location
The house met all expectations. We've stayed at maybe a dozen different homes in OBX and this one was hands-down the most clean. We didn't have a single bug in the home and no sand in the sheets. The bathrooms were spotless. The location is tremendous: five minutes from our favorite beach, two minutes to Tavern on 12 (one of our favorite restaurants), 10 minutes to the Ocracoke Ferry. Lastly, the owner was immediately responsive to a few questions we had. Communication was fantastic.

Excellent location for a long weekend!
We really enjoyed our stay! Only minutes to the beach. The home is updated and clean. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and laundry on site was a plus! The host was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Modern Accommodations in a Great Area of the Outer Banks
This was our first trip to the Outer Banks as my daughter recently moved to Winston Salem from the Midwest. After researching the different parts of the Outer Banks, I knew we wanted to be in the Hatteras area as it is less crowded and touristy and we wanted to do some fishing. This house is in a perfect location and was very comfortable for the four of us. Roomy porch to enjoy cocktails and several very good restaurants nearby. Host was very responsive. I would certainly recommend.

In the middle of hatteras
Very clean and beautiful home with a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Nice kitchen where a family can have meals together. Very beautiful sunset at the end of the road where the rocks and water meet. Overall a nice place to call home away from home.

End of summer trip
We (4 adults, 2 18 y/o boys) had a wonderful stay at the house . The pictures and descriptions matched exactly, the house was very clean and comfortable to fit 6 people . We spent most of our time at Frisco Beach, which was about 5 min drive. We Walked down the street every night to watch the beautiful sunset. If your looking for a place to relax this is the place, the neighbor was quite, and the beach was not crowded . Many shops /restaurants were within a 10 min drive .

Wonderful house for a beach getaway.
The house is beautiful, the furnishings are comfortable and very inviting. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the deck and lounging in the living. The proximity to Frisco Beach makes for wonderful beach days. We would definitely stay at this house again when we plan another getaway to the outer banks.

We enjoyed staying here. Great communication with the host. The house is a short drive to Hatteras Harbor for the charter boats and a short walk to the sound. Be sure to bring bug spray for the evenings.
