Cross Creek 100 on erittäin tilava 4 makuuhuoneen, 5 kylpy rivitalo sijaitsee sydämessä Frisco lähellä Main Street. Loppuyksikkö täynnä ikkunoita ja valoa. Christmas Week of Skiing
Great place in a great location. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our two families with brown kids. Loved that we could walk a block to catch the Copper bus, made it so easy to come and go. Kitchen had everything we needed and the pool, hot tub, game room is right across the driveway, which we used daily.

Large, family friendly, convenient
This is a great property, there was tons of space for all of us to spread out and the clubhouse was a great asset as well. Close to downtown Frisco and the Summit Stage shuttles, but still feels secluded with the mountains and being just a few blocks off Main Street. Would definitely stay here again. Kids loved the main floor and having all the bedrooms upstairs was really nice for kids with different bedtimes.

There were cob webs on light fixtures. Lights are dim in bedrooms. In bunk room bathroom the exhaust fan would not stay on. The beds were comfortable. Hot water supply was good for number of bathrooms and people showering at the same time. It had a lot of space and the number of full bathrooms was great!

Great condo, spacious- clean & safe. Check in & out caused us to drive out to Dillon- then back to breck to ski- contactless entry would have made it much easier

Key pickup and drop off not ideal. Could easily add lock box so we don’t have to go to office. Ice buildup outside of garage due to water spout drain location. It was very slippery and one person fell. Luckily not injured. Otherwise as advertised.

Family Reunion
The property met our needs and is a short walk to Main Street for dining/shopping. The electric range worked poorly and the patio gas grill was in desperate need of cleaning, so preparing meals had its challenges. The pool/hot tub was a hit!

We loved how spacious it was, how every bedroom had its own bathroom, location to town, the scenery outside the windows, how many decks, check in and reservation process. They definitely need to up date the boiler there was never any hot water for showers chill to luke warm. They need to replace the grill with a new one, this one is old , dirty, and rickety, barely staying together.

Great location
This property worked great for the 3 families we were traveling with. Lots is sleeping space and great location to all the amazing things frisco and surrounding area has to offer. Only downside is the hot tubs weren’t always working so we weren’t able to enjoy them as much as we would’ve liked.

Perfect for our family of 10
This condo has so much room and the layout is wonderful for 4 couples or family. The 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. All the bedrooms and the laundry are on the upper floor and very soundproof. We put the kids to bed and were still able to play games and laugh and talk without waking them up. And the early risers didn't disturb the others. This unit is directly across from the clubhouse which is great for the hot tub and swimming. The round table easily sat 8 people and the kitchen area was spacious. The sectional couch and easy chairs gave all of us a good place to sit and hang out. We appreciated the humidifiers in each bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the main floor, including a shower. There were two roll away beds in the downstairs closet and a pack n play in the upstairs bedroom. You can't go wrong with this condo for a larger group! It is a nice, quiet neighborhood, but also close to Main St, the bike path and the highway. The garage goes right into the kitchen which makes it easy to unpack. Loved our stay here!

Check-in process was smooth and easy. Unit was clean, nicely stocked with plenty of move, very comfortable. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was nice, no waiting. The location is prefect for getting around whether you're walking to town or getting on the highway to hit the slopes.

There was plenty of room for sleeping for the eight of us. We had great accommodations. Plenty of space in the kitchen and dining area for meals and great conversation. One couple who have planned many ski vacations said the it was the best place that they have ever had. Many my friends have always complained about not having enough bathrooms. Well there wear bathrooms aplenty here. Property management made everything easy for making our stay great. Frisco is a great location and provided easy access to I70 and ski resorts.

Cleaning was still being done when I arrived at 4:15 she did not leave until 5pm so the 4pm guarantee did not have the frig was dirty there was no hand shop they were all empty there were not enough dishwasher pods or trash bags I had to go by some but the worst was the frost thing we saw was a rodent run across the living room I called immediately and was told they would send maintenance out with traps maintenance showed up with nothing and said if you see again call and I’ll bring my dog well we saw many more times my grandson was terrified we also had a baby crawling all over on day 2 I saw in bedroom where my 4 grandson were sleeping I trapped in trash can and threw outside so all in all my family vacation started pretty rough no one wants to see a rodent in the house they are staying in

Wonderful property
We stayed as 2 families and this house was perfect. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The clubhouse is across the street and the kids enjoyed the pool. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!! Everything was perfect.

Excellent condo, great for multiple families.
Our 2 families, with 5 kids, loved this condo. The kids enjoyed sharing the huge bedroom with 2 queens & a bunk bed. The 5 bathrooms are quite convenient. Great location to town & ten mile creek. The garage was very nice. Plenty of exits, for safety and privacy (if adults coming & going without wanting to wake/interrupt others). The only downside was not getting to enjoy the clubhouse (pool/hot tubs). I understand this was due to local COVID-19 & county restrictions.

Needs a good deep cleaning.
Unit is in a great location. Due to Covid 19 the pool, hot tub and clubhouse is closed. I understand that but I was never notified that those amenities were unavailable during my stay. Overall the place is in need of a good deep cleaning. There were numerous fingerprints and smudges on the light switches and other surfaces. Those were easily cleaned up by my wife with a disinfectant wipe. There are cob webs on light fixtures. We noticed our feet and socks were soiled from walking around inside the unit. Of course that means the carpet and floors need cleaning. Considering the overall cleanliness of the unit I am wondering if they actually sanitize the unit between rentals.
