The only thing that I had to get used to was the step I had to take to get into the bathroom. The bathroom floor was a step higher than the room floor.

Is very close to Hakata station, the lobby/area is pretty and the public bath facilities are quite nice. The main problems we had were with check-in - the passport scanners do not work properly so it took longer than usual and was kind of frustrating. Also the room's air conditioning is weak, it took quite a while to get my room cool (in a hot summer). Service was good overall though and the staff was great.

The shower curtain and the bathroom had slight cigarette smell but when it was mentioned, the front staff was there right away to fix the problem. Great location and clean and quiet building with great staff, I would go back again.

Great location, excellent choice of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only 5 min walk to the train and bus station. Yodabashi Camera store is nearby for some shopping. Staff were great, very helpful AAA
