There were cockroaches in the room, the pillowcases were torn, there was hair in the bed, you could hear the loud noise of passing cars, you could hear the neighbors and how loudly they closed their doors, the cost for the animal's stay was not indicated on the website.

Would never stay here again. Front desk door locked at 3pm. Attendant could not find reservation. Barely spoke english. Room was old and had bugs on the floor. It rained and water came in the room from the door. Really a bad experience.

Stains on bedsheets and chair in the room. Advertised free breakfast. No breakfast OR even a lobby to eat it in. Had coffee in the room but no coffee maker. Bathroom door knob half hanging off.

I did not like anything about this place. First off they said there was no breakfast because they were remodeling, but failed to mention any of that on the site. We thought we could make coffee in our room but there was no coffee maker, they did eventually bring us one. Icemaker didn't work, shower/tub w6s nasty and we had to get them to clean it only to get it and find out the shower didn't work. The last thing, the straw that broke the camels back was that we had a tv but not a remote to work it with. At this point we were tired and decided to sleep. Hopefully there won't be any creepy crawlers when we turn out the lights. Oh, and the smoke detector was missing. Would not recommend this place unless you were homeless. Won't be back.

When I booked my room it was a king room but I got only double bed. I was under the impression that the room included breakfast. When I approached the reception they had no breakfast. When asked about breakfast there was no proper answer. Terrible management. I would never book through Expedia.

There was no place to hang jackets or shirts. The worst was the amount of roaches in the room on the second day. They came under the door and our from under the bed…. There was at least 10 live ones and several dead ones
