Our place is great for your weekend lake adventures, vacation getaways, or longer term stays! All of your family (kids and pets too!) will love the dual outdoor shower, the gentle zoysia grass walk to the water, and the awesome dock in the front of a deep cove with swim platform, party deck, kayaks, and a paddle board. The central lake location is only minutes from Pelican Pete's (Port Royale) for your dining, jet-ski or boat rentals. Several other area attractions are close by too! Message me for recommendations! Wonderful Lake House
We had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful lake house. The property provides a wonderful view of the lake. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was a great to cook in, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the cozy fireplace and plenty of seating for our family. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air, with plenty of space for the dogs to run around and explore. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a great stay. The house provided the perfect setting for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Great weekend!
House was perfect, the dock was beautiful, and beds were comfortable. We were able to bring our own boat and keep it at the dock, which was only a short walk from the house. The top dock was so relaxing and has great outdoor furniture. We cant wait to visit this house again.

We LOVED this place! Came in town for a family wedding and the host was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the backyard to the lake was perfect for a family Easter egg hunt! Would DEFINATELY stay here again!!

Fishing Trip
We came to the lake for a fishing vacation with our adult sons and a friend. The home is as advertised. It is large and all of the appliances are excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the home is clean. The owner is easy to contact and extremely helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone.

A beautiful stay on Lake Lanier
We came to this lovely home for the holidays and as an escape from the snow in Pennsylvania. This turned out to be the perfect place for us. We stayed for 6 weeks. Our son and his family live about 15 minutes away so it really worked out well for visiting back and forth and overnights with the grandkids. The house is very spacious. Although the master bedroom upstairs is amazing, for health reasons we stayed in the king room downstairs. That worked well when had some family members visit overnight. They had a full suite upstairs. The kitchen is fully functional with a double oven and microwave. Although the weather didnt cooperate, the sunroom, deck and tikki bar were lovely. The view of the lake is beautiful. You wont find a more cooperative owner. Tripp was very pleasant and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

Awesomeness on The Water
This is an amazing property. Much bigger than the pictures show. Tripp was so responsive, professional, and most importantly, helpful with our questions before and during our stay. If you are able to have access to a boat as well, a friend of our group brought his, the lake is beautiful and so big you can easily spend hours on the lake especially if you make a stop in the boat at “Pelican Pete’s” (highly recommend). The property is also wired for streaming on different TVs throughout the property. We weee able to stream Sunday NFL ticket to the TV at the outside bar while we BBQ’d “Tailgating food during all the games. I can’t say enough about this property. Perfect for hosting a family gathering or a group of friends. Highly recommend!!

Great Family Vacation!
Beautiful home with plenty of room to hang out and make memories! There are multiple options for indoor and outdoor gathering places! Our favorites were the top deck at the boat dock and outdoor bar area! Easy access to a boat launch and a short boat ride to nearby restaurants!

Ideal lake house
We only had time for a 2 night getaway but this house was perfect. We have a boat in storage at Port Royale which is super close and it was so nice to get to keep the boat at the house dock while we were there. We were a group of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 older teens and the 4 bedrooms, 3 baths felt very roomy. Biggest issue was deciding whether to hang out on the dock or the awesome back deck. Very much appreciated getting to use the kayaks and paddle board as well. One thing you really can't tell from the pictures - the walk from the house to the dock is much shorter and easier than what is the norm at Lake Lanier. Can't wait to return for a longer visit next time!

We have a group of six guys that get together every year. We chose Lake Lanier this year and our selection of this house worked out as well as we could want. It met all of our needs and the kitchen seemed to be well equipped for almost any occasion.

Amazing!
The listing for this home is underrated! We got there and were shocked at how gorgeous the home, deck and back yard is! You can absolutely tell the owners have an immaculate sense of humor based on the stickers and decor around the home. This home has seen so much love and laughter! 10/10 recommend! We are hoping to book this home again in the summer time to use the lake access! Host was also easy to communicate with!

Perfect for family
My husband and I were in the area with my father-in-law to visit his brother who is not in good health. It was the perfect floor plan for our family with my father-in-;aw, who has his nights and days mixed up and my husband and I. we were able to go to the 2nd floor and go to sleep while my father-in-law could stay up half the night watching TV. I wish the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the outside more. Communication was excellent which always helps when you have s stressful situation. Thanks, and we will be back.
