YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED
We booked almost two months ahead of New Years Eve. We were to be in town for a concert and planned to spend the night after concert. Around seven p.m. we called to make sure all was good and to get directions. Their answering machine said no one was in the office and someone would call back. We decided to wait for call while getting dinner before concert. No one ever called. We tried several other times to reach them and got the same message. After the concert, we drove around thirty minutes on a dirt road to a place in the country. There was a sign on the door that let us know the office closes at five and an envelope in the mail box had our key in it. There was no envelope and they still didn't answer phone. We were out in the middle of nowhere with no place to stay on New Year's Eve. I did receive a call from someone around two o'clock in the morning. I was told that they didn't have a reservation for us even though we had a confirmation number. Since I was asleep when the lady called, I asked her to call later in the morning so we could find out what had happened. I'm still waiting.
